Of course I'll be able to beat the monsters thrown at me, I'm strong enough to handle them if I focus enough on it. My father in this world was a pretty good fighter so I did learn a lot from him.
Even if I'm still not the best swordsmans in the world, one day it could be possible if I keep pushing my limits. I've beaten a lot of strong enemies that have gone against me already.
My sword skills aren't the worst but there are things I could brush up on over time.
He grips his sword a bit tighter before searching throughout the shop for anything useful. Eventually he finds a book with the title "The forgotten hero" and tosses it back on the counter.
I don't think that will be useful to me here so maybe there's something else I can use in this shop. Heroes don't seem to exist in this world anyway, what good would that do for someone like me.
