This monster standing before me was definitely a lot bigger than me but I don't have much of a choice but to fight. I did say that I want to become stronger so if this is what it takes then so be it.
A light growl could be heard coming from the monster before him as it stands there staring in his direction. No eyes could really be seen as the monster was purely made from some sort of black mist just like he had in his eye.
I can do this, even if it's a lot harder without any of my usual abilities. Fighting against some monster without abilities is something I did while growing up anyway.
Goblins, skeletons, and even an orc once in awhile. I just have to treat it the same way and everything will work out somehow.
He rushes in with his sword ready to slice up towards the monster before him. He manages to keep a lot of the momentum as he brings the blade up to cut across it.
