[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): I doubt it was fake; any decent AI would be able to tell a fake communication from a real one. However, that doesn't mean he didn't leave it there on purpose; he could have easily deleted the communication from his mechs' logs.]
[HackerSu (Trillion): I never expected this bounty hunter to be so cunning. I thought he was just a loser with an unimpressive mech.]

The jumpgate only took a few seconds for every section of it to light up before it activated, and a wave of water-like energy gushed out of the gate's entrance before returning and settling into what looked like the surface of a calm lake that rippled only occasionally due to a nonexistent breeze.
[SciFifanboy (Earth): BROOOOOOO, THAT WAS SO SCI-FI.]
[AlamoMatador4thewin (Earth): Seriously? Now they're ripping off Wormhole X-Treme!]
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): Are we just watching the biggest collection of TV and Movie rip-offs that have been mashed together?]

A few seconds after the water-like energy settled, the tip of a ship appeared before being followed by the rest of the ship that fully emerged from the jumpgate, after which the jumpgate shut down and the water-like energy vanished.
"About time you fucking got here, Drot," Krumzaxl broadcast on an open channel.
"Krumzaxl? I thought you were dead. Where the fuck are you?" A new male voice said as it replied a few seconds later on the same channel.
"That's not important right now," Krumzaxl replied before adding, "Take a look at your ship's sensors and tell me what you see."
"What the fuck are you playing at?" Drot asked in an annoyed tone before adding, "I hired you to do a job, and you fucked it up. Now I need to go report everything that's happened to Vice Guild Master Rolvarud."
"Are you sure I fucked up? If you look at your sensors, I think you will find that I in fact didn't." Krumzaxl replied.
"What the fuck are you…. Wait, why is the White Dragon and a Levithen standing next to a mech? What mech is that? Spector Unit Six? Are you fucking with me? Is this a joke?" Drot asked in shock.
"No joke, that's Spector Unit Six in the… well, not flesh but you know what I mean."
"The White Dragon, I understand, since they have been traveling together, but why is it with a Levithen?" Drot asked, confused.
"Didn't you see the Sportscast feed about it?" Krumzaxl asked curiously.
"No, I stopped watching after you supposedly died," Drot replied.
"Aww, I didn't know you cared," Krumzaxl said sarcastically.
"That's because I don't, now are you going to tell me what's going on?" Drot asked as his tone became more annoyed.
"How about you just eliminate Spector Unit Six first, and I will explain after," Krumzaxl suggested.
"Do you think I'm stupid? I'm not firing missiles when he's that close to the White Dragon; I have no interest in making enemies with the Dragon race should I accidentally hit her, or worse, kill her. Also, my energy weapons are ineffective against him since he somehow has beam-cancelling tech." Drot replied.
"I took care of the beam-cancelling tech,"
"You took care of it?"
"Yeah, don't you see that his mech is losing its left arm, the same arm he used to absorb all my energy shots in the match?"
"Fuck you're right, HAHAHAHAHA, this is great, finally I can be rid of that bastard," Drot replied gleefully before he spoke to someone persumidly on his ship. "Target the mech and disable it. We will deal with the pilot afterwards."
"Disable it? I thought you wanted it destroyed," Krumzaxl asked in surprise.
"I did, however, that was before we found out it has beam-cancelling tech, something everyone has been trying to replicate since the Black Knight first used it. I hope you didn't destroy it when you blew the left arm off, as Vice Guild Master Rolvarud is apparently personally interested in it."
"You couldn't have told me that sooner?" Krumzaxl asked in an annoyed tone.
"I thought you were dead, remember," Drot replied before saying, "Now target that mech and fire."
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): Oh shit, that Drot guy is about to disable the streamer's mech.]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): How unfortunate. Since the streamer's mech doesn't have its beam-canceler anymore, it can't absorb the incoming attack that's about to happen.]
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): Since it's also protecting White Dragon Tephe and the young Levithen, it can't take the risk of trying to dodge.]
"Shit," Adam cursed before piloting Spector Unit 6 away from Tephe and the Levithen while saying, "Tephe, stay there, they are after me, so I will draw their fire."
[Justiceistruth (Earth): Oh shit, is the streamer running away?]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): I swear, this fucking idiot doesn't listen. The streamer literally just said that he's doing this to draw their attention away.]
[Whostolemyduck (Earth): Wait, how can Drots' ship detect the streamers' mech through the radiation?]
[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): 2 reasons, 1st is that a ship's sensors are naturally stronger than a mech's, and the 2nd is for the same reason why Krumzaxl has been able to attack the streamer. While Krumzaxl no doubt also has trouble detecting anything within the interference, he can detect stuff outside of it.]
[Whostolemyduck (Earth): So he could have just sat inside there and taken shots at the steamer, and the steamer would not have been able to do anything?]
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): In this situation, where the streamer is also protecting Tephe and the young Levithen, that's right. If he were on his own, he could flee or even enter the radiation, thus preventing Krumzaxl's sensors from detecting him.]
[Superhearofangirl (Earth): So you're basically saying that the streamer is risking his life to protect Tephe and the Space Whale? That's so heroic. 🤩]
[OfficialMuriel (Aqua Primus): Why has no man ever put his life on the line to protect me?]
[Prestigious3horns (Vinox 2): You want to put your life in danger just so that a streamer can come flying in with their black and orange mech to save you?]
[OfficialMuriel (Aqua Primus): No, it's just the idea is romantic somehow.]
[AlamoMatador4thewin (Earth): I guess even the women of the universe want to be saved by their prince charming.]
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): Prince charming?]
[Celebrityhunter69 (Earth): It's from a series of fairytales here on Earth; they normally revolve around something happening to the princess and a dashingly handsome prince coming to save her.]
Drot's ship turned slightly to line up its forward energy weapons before another voice that wasn't Drot's said, "Firing."
"HAHAHAHAHAHA, DIE YOU FUCKING BRAT," Drot announced gleefully.
Multiple powerful red energy bolts and beams erupted from the weapons on Drots' ship and flew towards the still-moving Spector Unit 6.
As everyone was expecting the energy attacks to hit and disable the mech, they were shocked to see Spector Unit 6 come to a stop and turn towards the incoming attacks while raising its right arm.
Everyone watching the stream saw a section of Spector Unit 6's right arm open up, revealing a black opening just before the energy attacks swerved off course towards the right arm and then vanished as if nothing existed.

[Beinglittleisnotadisadvantage (Strathorp 7): This is rigged, we can't even develop one beam canceler, and this guy has two, on the same mech. 😞]
"What the fuck happened? Why are we still detecting the mech, and why wasn't there an explosion?" Drot asked in confusion.
"Uncertain, sir, it seems the attacks we launched just vanished," The voice who had fired the attacks replied.
"Krumzaxl, you bastard, you said that you had taken care of his beam-cancelar," Drot said angrily.
"I did," Krumzaxl replied in confusion.
"Planetary annihilation beam mode," Adam stated.
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): OH SHIT, HERE WE GO. Blow them away, babe.]
[Superior4horns (Vinox 3): Did he seriously just say Planetary annihilation beam?]
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): He did, that pretty much confirms Malacoss' theory that this is the original Black Knight. 😱]
Adam suddenly connected to the open comm channel before saying, "You think you can hide away in the radiation and I won't be able to attack back? Well, I don't need to locate you if I destroy everything within the area of interference."
"WHAT!" Drot and Krumzaxl replied as everyone watched Spector Unit 6 begin to transform.

As soon as Adam had made his mode selection, Spector Unit 6 started to change slightly. The orange sections, both on the mech and on the remaining drones, all changed to a new shade of blue instead.
The outside of Spector wasn't the only thing that was changing, as within the cockpit, all the controls suddenly retracted before the cockpit chair leaned backwards as a leg rest raised, making it so that Adam was almost lying down.
