(Data from target Donald Simmons phone calendar shows that he has appointments almost nonstop for the next month.)

"Hmmm show me the information on the private security and bodyguard duty? Is he protecting Viktor again?"

"Shame, could have killed two birds with one stone if he was." Adam mumbled before looking at the data Spector displayed on his HUD.
"What's this James Flemming's birthday party, five families + VIP's protection?"
(It is James Flemming's twenty-first birthday tomorrow and he is hosting a large party tomorrow night for family and friends around his age at the Blue Lagoon club.)
"Blue Lagoon, why there? Isn't the 'Black Diamond' the biggest and most popular club in the city?"
(That's because the Black Diamond is owned by the Flemming family.)
"Oh??" Adam asked with surprise.
(Data indicates that whenever any of the five families arrange to meet each other they always choose a neutral location. It has been this way since the current iteration of the five families. A calculated guess from the available data is that though the five families are competitive, they are more concerned about preventing others from reaching their level of standing than with taking each other down.)
"And this is why the party is at the Blue Lagoon?"
(Affirmative, the Blue Lagoon Club is owned and operated by Miss Emma Hopkins. Data shows her to be a successful businesswoman with a large portfolio.)
"What can you tell me about the Blue Lagoon Club?"
(The Blue Lagoon Club operates from a four story building with a basement and has three levels of customer service depending on where you reside. The first level of service is for the ground floor which is a large dance area with drinks bars and couches to relax while the first floor which also contains drinks bars, couches to relax but also tables along with providing a view over the dance floor below.]
[The basement is the second level of service and contains a large pool area open to anyone who visits the club as long as they can pay the price as service provided there is better than on the ground and first floors.]
[The final level of service is only for people with a certain level of renown and is the second floor which is similar to the first floor but with everything being a higher quality and the fourth floor which contains a large room that looks over the other floors with windows you can close to block out the music from below if you wish, the room also back onto a large outdoor swimming pool for those who don't want to share the basement pool.]
[It is most likely that James Flemming and his guests will reside here for the majority of their time in the club.]
"Will Viktor be present at the party since it's got members from all five families around that age?"
[Negative. Viktor Morose does not appear to be on the guest list. Data indicates that Viktor Morose and James Flemming do not get on and view each other as rivals.]
"But there will be other members of the Morose family present, how directly related are they to Viktor and his father?"
[Data shows that the attending members of the Marose family are cousins that don't seem to communicate with Viktor or Francis Morose often.]
"Interesting, I think I have an idea."
[Before proceeding to eliminate James Flemming it is advised you deal with Sarah Sanders.]
"Why?"
[Your wild car chase through the city was caught on television and it won't be long until they identify the owner of the car. Once that information reaches Sarah Sanders she will no doubt inform Francis and Viktor Morose which will put them on alert earlier than originally calculated]
"And it's better to remove Donald Simmons before we go after that damn father and son." Adam said, realising the gravity of the situation.

Adam thought for a moment before asking, "What evidence do you have with regards to Sarah Sanders taking bribes?"
[No concrete data exist only or on any of her devices I was able to access, the only data available to show she may be involved is the fact that she seems to be sidelinging the Jenny Downs murder case and the money she recently received not only from Francis Morose.]
[There is also a long history of money appearing in her offshore bank account around the time she was involved with certain high profile cases.]
"Being a police officer she would surely not leave evidence that could prove her corruption on devices that could be hacked. Do you have any idea where she might store something like that for safekeeping? I highly doubt she's stupid enough to store it in her own house.]
[Processing.]
[Affirmative. Data suggests that she owns a safety deposit box at Alamo City's branch of Hopkins Bank.]
"Hopkins, as in Emma Hopkins?"
[Affirmative.]
"That name is coming up a lot. So why in that specific bank?"
[Most likely because of its independence from any of the five families or other parties Sarah Sanders has worked with in the past.]
"Smart. So if I can get hold of that evidence and pass it onto internal affairs and maybe the press, that will get her suspended and investigated which will keep her from being informed." Adam muttered as he came up with a plan.
[I don't understand why you would go through all that trouble when you can just eliminate her.]
"I will still kill her eventually, however by doing this I have a chance to at least clear my name."
[I still fail to see the relevance in that.]
"This is still my home where I grew up and I would rather not be known as a murderer here if It's possible. In the end it's an emotional thing so try not to worry about it."

"Now I need all the layout of Hopkin's Bank in case anything goes wrong and as for Donald Simmons I need you to do this…"

After making his plans and asking Spector to look into some things for him Adam went to a cheap out of the way hotel in order to get a few hours rest.
His body needed some time to recover before he could make his move on the bank.
After a few hours of sleep Adam made his way towards Hopkin's Bank via public transport while grabbing some food along the way.
Standing in front of the impressive arched building with stone steps that led up to the main doors Adam went over his plan again in his head quickly before taking a moment to calm his nerves.
Finally he started walking up the steps while saying, "Let's begin."
