Dynasty's fingers drummed against the steering wheel as he glanced at Kimi through the rearview mirror. The tension radiating from her was almost palpable, and he knew she needed an escape from whatever was weighing on her mind.
"We should hit up a club tonight," he suggested, his voice cutting through the silence. "Get some drinks, clear our heads."
Kimi looked up from her phone, considering his proposal. The idea of drowning her thoughts in loud music and alcohol seemed appealing. "Fine, but not anywhere near the company. I don't need to run into half the staff while I'm trying to forget about work."
Dynasty's lips curved into a knowing smile. "I know just the place. It's on the north side of the city."
"North side?" Kimi raised an eyebrow. "That's wizard territory."
