Kimi's mouth fell open at Alvin's unexpected announcement.
Kolton caught her stunned expression and cleared his throat with obvious amusement.
"Seems your sister isn't thrilled about our extended stay."
Brennan let out a low chuckle, his voice dripping with mischief. "Maybe she'd prefer we disappear entirely."
Kolton's eyebrow arched as he fixed his penetrating stare on Kimi. "Is that what you want?"
Kimi's pulse quickened under his intense scrutiny. She shook her head frantically. "Of course not. I never said anything like that."
The corner of Kolton's mouth curved into that devastating smirk she knew too well. His dark eyes held hers captive, sending heat rushing through her veins until she felt dizzy.
She tore her gaze away, her cheeks burning crimson.
Alvin watched their silent exchange with growing satisfaction. "If it bothers you, I can have them removed from the premises immediately, Kimi. Just say the word."
