The baby was very small but full term and healthy, it was less than half the size he normally delivered and this was his 8th breeding but the first time to the Farm that supplied their so-called champion breeder. "Never again will I do business with F&F Ranch Corp," Zach remarked.
Ben was told to lay back and rest as he was cleaned up, the baby started to nurse to gain strength.
Zach took out his phone and made the dreaded call to F&F Ranch Corp. After a short exchange, he replied, "See you in two hours."
Ben was almost in tears as he watched the baby nurse knowing he would be gone in two hours. Claude sensed his pain and held him close. "When the time is right and if Z allows it, I would give you another child that no one could take away," he assured him.
Zach wrapped his arm around the young Genman's shoulder. "On that you have my blessings as long as the two of you make yourselves available to breed other Genmen as needed for the farm, you can be an exclusive family; no one will take your children away."
"As long as we are speaking about family, what about them two young studs behind us, what are we going to do with them Mr. Z?" Claude smiled.
"Claude, one family drama at a time, besides it looks like the deed has already been done and I may well be a Great Uncle sooner than I figured," Zach replied.
Both Randy and Eric stood there with their mouths wide open. "The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree does it Zach; them urges during the shift are strong ones," Ben remarked.
Zach just cleared his throat and smiled at Ben.
Yes, Zach and Big Ben had a history together that went back 12+ years before when Ben first transitioned; Zach was the only one around to help him through it on that stormy night. It was a painful part of the past; they had both lost someone they loved dearly.
"Let's go to the office boys and let Ben and Claude have some time alone with the baby before the other Ranch shows up," Zach spoke.
Randy and Eric said their goodbyes and left the room, Zach hugged both of the Genmen and walked out and closed the door.
Both boys were standing in front of the desk when Mr. Z walked in. Randy started to say something when Mr. Z held up his hand. "What's done is done, now what are the two of you going to do about it?"
Eric shrugged his shoulders. "Raise it."
Randy took hold of Eric's hand and looked into his Uncle's eyes. "Love and protect them both no matter what anyone says."
"Well it looks like this house will have little feet running through it once again in the near future," Zach smiled.
They made idle chit chat as the time flew, Zach's phone rang—it was the F&F Ranch Corp arriving to pick up the baby. Zach looked and took a deep breath and answered it, he was polite to the person on the other end. "Stay put no matter what you heard, period," he told the boys.
Randy and Eric knew Mr. Z's tone meant business. Zach left the boys to go pick up the baby.
Zach was surprised when he walked into the room to find Ben up around and dressed, Claude was holding the baby and they had it ready for travel. Ben kissed the baby's forehead and handed it to Zach who smiled and left the room.
Zach hadn't taken a half dozen steps out of the room when he heard Ben break down crying, he walked as fast as he could—he couldn't stand to hear Ben's heart breaking again.
Zach handed the baby over to the Rep for F&F Ranch Corp who remarked that it was a runt. Mr. Z saw fire. "You had better make sure no harm ever comes to this baby or you will pay hell for it, now leave and never set foot back on my property again, our business is over forever."
Zach turned around to see Ben standing at the doorway. "Ben you shouldn't be up and walking so soon."
"Zach it was a very fast and easy birth, besides you know us Genmen respond faster than humans do," Ben smiled.
Claude was standing behind Ben when Zach looked at him. "Claude drive the buggy to Ben's place and stay with him for a few days, you've both earned it. I'll have some food sent over later."
Ben and Claude walked slowly out the Mansion's front door headed home to Ben's place.
Zach returned to the Office and told the Boys to give Claude and Ben a few days before they paid them a visit. Ben was going to be in bad shape for a while after losing another child. "Now head up stairs to your room but keep the noise level down because I have a few important calls to make."
"Yes sir," both boys said and headed upstairs.
Zach's fingers shook as he dialed the phone, he spoke to the person on the other end and told him all about what was going on at the ranch and what shape Ben was in, and maybe it was time to come home for a spell, the other person responded. "I Love You Son, see you soon," Zach ended the call.
Claude pulled the buggy up to the house and walked around it to help Ben inside. "I'm not disabled, I can walk by myself," Ben grumbled.
"Well then just lean on me a little until we get in and then you can lie down and rest," Claude smiled.
Ben was a little weak but he made it inside and to the bedroom where he undressed and crawled into bed. Claude left Ben in the room and went to the kitchen to get some water to go by the bedside.
Claude returned to the bedroom with the water and sat it on the bedside table, looked at the beautiful man resting, reached over and wiped his tear streaked cheek, kissed his forehead. "Rest my love."
How could he love this man so much in just a couple of days? Claude walked into the living room picked up a magazine and sat in the overstuffed chair—it was about Genman Farming. He wasn't thrilled but decided to read it anyways. He was startled when someone knocked on the door, he opened it and a young man was holding a pizza. "All paid for sir."
Claude thanked him, took the box, closed the door and went to the kitchen. He opened the box and it had every veggie in the world on it. Perfect for any Genman, he took a couple plates and put a slice on each and carried them to the bedroom. Ben was awake and sitting up drinking some water, he thanked Claude for the slice of Pizza—three bites later it was gone. "I'll get the box as hungry as you are," Claude smiled and handed him his slice.
"Giving birth is mighty hard work, just you wait," Ben laughed as Claude walked out the door.
Claude returned with the box of pizza and set it on the night stand and asked if there was anything else he could do. "You can strip off your clothes and get your sexy pregnant ass in this bed beside me; I need me some pizza with a side order of my Sexy Claude," Ben responded.
Ben was in a very good mood and Claude couldn't understand why but oh well, who the heck was he to deny the request. He undressed and climbed into the bed next to Ben. The pizza was gone in a few minutes.
