Chapter Thirty-Six
"Is that Liam's voice?"
Doubt seeped into Mary's heart, but she tried to maintain her emotions.
She must not act rashly over some suspicions, so she decided to wait a little longer.
"Helen, why are we in the bathroom?"
Helen grabbed Liam's arm before pulling him into her lap.
"You know what I want now."
"But, Helen..."
Helen held Liam tightly and began kissing him as he moaned obscenely.
Helen continued kissing Liam for several minutes before starting to undo his buttons.
"Helen, can we go somewhere else... I don't want Sylvia to see me like this."
Helen looked at the closed toilet stall and smiled.
"Don't worry about that. I made sure she's not here."
Helen closed the door before starting to kiss Liam again... but this time, the kissing was much more intense.
Liam began moaning in very provocative sounds while Helen continued her work.
Kissing...
And of course, while they were doing their secret act, there was a girl in the bathroom.
You know who she is, but the strange thing was the blood dripping from her hands.
She dug her nails into her hand until blood oozed out.
The blood continued to flow slowly.
Sylvia didn't care at all about the blood coming from her hand. Instead, she covered her ears, afraid to hear anything. At that moment, Sylvia wanted nothing but air.
She had lost everything to the girl she hated.
Even after being expelled from the family, she continued to take everything from her.
The only proof was Liam, who was crying pitifully in her arms.
"Helen... Aah"
Liam's moans struck deep into her eardrums.
She hated that sound — she even wanted to blow out her eardrums just to stop hearing it.
All her hopes... her memories too... even her love was taken from her.
She even thought of killing her, but she knew well that it would bring her a lot of trouble.
Honestly, I can't take it anymore. Should I kill her?
No, better to torture her first. Where should I start — her nails, her teeth, or her eyes?
Sylvia quickly dismissed those monstrous thoughts from her head.
Even though her mind was in turmoil, she was thinking with extreme calm.
She must never act rashly, for her father and everyone who believed in her.
She would remain in the shadows until she was sure she could claim her father's inheritance.
But...
When she heard that name, everything changed.
"Hey Liam, there's a guy I want you to introduce me to."
"Okay... Aah"
Because Liam was in a state of ecstasy, he answered Helen happily.
Helen seized the opportunity before continuing her speech.
"I think his name is Kim Hail or Hyul... I don't remember exactly, but I think you know him."
"Yes, I know him, but I can't help you at all."
Liam tried to reject Helen's offer firmly.
It wasn't because he was protecting Kim or anything, but because he thought Helen would leave him. So he decided not to help her.
"Then you won't help me... Fine, I'm leaving."
Helen's tone turned cold before she walked out.
Her footsteps echoed in the bathroom before fading away.
When Liam saw her leave through the door, he quickly ran after her crying.
If he was afraid she might leave him later, Helen would leave him now if he didn't help her. So he decided to help her.
"Okay, I'll help you, but I want you not to leave me."
"Crying... crying"
Helen hugged him before calming him down.
"Don't worry, I'll never leave you."
After Helen and Liam disappeared, Sylvia's crying became louder.
But this time, there was a dangerous light in her eyes.
"Since you insisted on this, Helen, remember — I'm not wrong."
Sylvia spoke those words as tears gently ran down her red cheeks.
She would simply return the blow to Helen, and of course, the key piece in her plan was Kim Hyul.
Sylvia washed her face before leaving.
But this time, she wouldn't be the one receiving the blows — she would be the one striking.
If only she knew what would happen after executing her plan, she would never have chosen it.
To be continued...

Honestly, I can't find time to write the chapters anymore — there's university on one side, studying on another, exams as well, and the novel too.
I only slept four hours last night, and I don't think I can continue like this.
That's why I've decided to release three chapters weekly, and of course, if the support for the novel is high, I'll try to push myself more and publish an additional chapter or two.
I'm not telling you this so you'll pity me or anything — I just want to inform you in case of any delayed releases.
This decision is meant to keep the novel going longer, because I did think of quitting, but I've decided to keep publishing.
