Chapter 15 - Danzo's Ending and an Unexpected Reward

Danzo Shimura's anger had reached its boiling point. The exposure of his Sharingan arm, the humiliation of being disarmed by Gojo Satoru's mere presence, and now, the sorcerer taking the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki under his wing.

For Danzo, Gojo was an incalculable threat to the order he believed Konoha needed. A loose end that had to be cut.

In the darkness of the night, Danzo mobilized his most loyal Root unit. It was a secret operation, unbeknownst to the Hokage. The objective: to neutralize Gojo Satoru. He didn't care if Konoha fell with him; his vision was absolute.

Gojo, however, didn't need the Sharingan to know what was coming. His Six Eyes sensed not only energy, but also intentions. He sensed Danzo's cold, calculating malice, and the approach of his Anbu.

"Well, well," Gojo thought, as he sat calmly on a rooftop, gazing at the stars.

"Looks like the old man with the armful of eyes didn't learn his lesson. How annoying. He was about to devise a new exercise for Naruto."

The Root Anbu attacked first, emerging from the shadows in a coordinated assault. Their jutsus were precise and lethal, designed to immobilize a powerful opponent.

Containment seals, chakra wire traps, poisoned shurikens, all aimed at the lone figure on the roof.

But Gojo didn't move. The Limitless repelled each attack, the shurikens stopping in midair, the seals dissolving into dust before they touched him. It was as if space itself refused to allow anything to reach him.

Danzo appeared then, his single visible eye glowing with grim determination. He was no fool; he knew he couldn't face Gojo directly. His plan was to use the Izanagi of his Sharingan for a suicidal assault, sacrificing one eye for each fatal blow.

"Gojo Satoru!" Danzo shouted, his hand outstretched, his bandaged arm showing a crack. "You will be eliminated for the good of Konoha!"

A gust of wind formed around Danzo, and one of his hands, the one not with the Sharingan, executed a hand seal.

"¡Fūton: Shinkū Gyoku!" A series of deadly, fast-moving compressed air bullets flew toward Gojo.

Gojo watched the futile display of power. "What a waste of chakra. And that wind technique is so... generic."

The wind bullets stopped at the Limitless. Gojo sighed. He was getting bored.

"Listen, old man," Gojo said, his voice losing all its mirth and turning dangerously cold. "I gave you a warning. I don't like people playing dirty. And I don't like being interrupted when I'm thinking about how to make my student the strongest."

Danzo activated the first Sharingan in his arm, a flame of power flickering. It was his time to activate Izanagi.

But he didn't get the chance.

"Cursed Reverse Technique: Red," Gojo muttered, and a force, beyond the comprehension of chakra or space, manifested in the red dot in his hand that he pointed at Danzo with his fingers. It was annihilation.

Danzo's body disintegrated with such power. The Sharingan in his arm were instantly extinguished, their forms ceasing to exist. The Root Anbu recoiled in horror, their minds unable to process what they had just witnessed. There was no scream of agony from Danzo; he simply ceased to exist.

The Root Anbu, terrified, didn't try to fight. Gojo let them go, his boredom preventing him from bothering with them. They weren't a threat.

At that moment, a new notification from the Dimensional Shop popped into Gojo's mind.

[System Notification!]

[You have eliminated a key supporting character from the plot!]

[You have significantly altered the main plot!]

[Reward for eliminating Danzo Shimura: 10,000 Dimension Points (DP)!]

[Additional Reward for Altering the Plot: 5,000 DP!]

[Access Unlocked: Dimensional Shop Level 2!]

[New Items Available!]

Gojo blinked his Six Eyes behind the blindfold. A smile spread across his face.

"Hahahahaha! I knew it! I'm always the best! So the old man was just a supporting character giving me points! This is so cool! And the Level 2 Shop... I wonder what cool stuff they have!"

With Danzo Shimura reduced to nothing, and Gojo Satoru with a new bag of Dimension Points and access to a higher level of the shop, the shinobi world had just lost one of its most obscure figures, and Konoha's path had drastically deviated. The fates of many, now more than ever, lay in the hands of the blind sorcerer.
