Why can't they go away?
The voices, the doubt filling my head, why do they torment me so. Their voices sounding like loud bells booming in my ears and my father's voice the loudest.
Failure, Queen of nothing, unwanted, broken princess.
" I wouldn't listen to them my little bird," says a voice I've not heard in many years.
Opening my eyes I see a beautiful woman with long flowing blonde hair that's elegantly braided down the back while her bangs framing the side of her face are styled in elegant drill like curls. Her dress is a beautiful blue and white dress with golden triangles being held by a red bird. The sigil of Hyrule. Arianna Lorelei Hyrule
I look at the woman as she smiles softly and raises her arms beckoning for a hug.
" What no hug from my little bird?" Says the woman and I rush into the warm embrace I missed so much.
" Mother," I say choking on my sobs as she comforts me.
" She. It's ok my beautiful little bird, everything will be fine," she says as she strokes my hair. " Look at you, all grown up and becoming a beautiful young woman. Why I'm sure you have suitors lining up outside your chambers for a peek at your beauty. " Says my mom as I look at her and frown.
" Mom do you know what's happening?" I ask as she shakes her head. " I'm sorry my little bird but the goddesses don't want the dead to worry about the living. It's only by someone stronger than them so I get to talk with you. Tell me Zelda what's going on," she says and I explain everything that has happened.
" Well I wasn't expecting that but I should've seen it," says my mother as she shakes her head," that man and his family has always been power hungry but tell me more about this kyros. He seems to have made an impression."
I blush as I start getting drowsy and I see sadness cross her face as she looks around the dimming room. " It seems our time is up little bird, but remember you haven't failed, and you're always loved."
I wake up to the night sky outside the cabin door. Mineru snoring cutely in the crude bed beside me. I shift around and get out of the bed walking outside as nature calls. Pulling off my pants and the small cloths I relieve myself behind the cabin. I finish and put everything back on before I head back to the cabin's front. I pause looking at kyros having his wings out curled around his sleeping form I bite my lips and walk away carrying the longsword that was propped up outside the cabin. Walking down a small hill I sneakily walk up to some sleeping bokoblins and I start my slaughter on them.
After five minutes of pure slaughter at the bokoblins and raiding the chest of the throwing spear and obtaining coursers bee honey and the bomb arrows hidden in a small cave I make my way back to the cabin but I stop feeling like I'm being watched.

' mreow frightful, she slaughtered them meownsters, " I think looking at the stranger as I peek from my hiding place. The bone pick I just made scratching my back and the bush I'm under. She turns towards mew. I stop moving around and wait with bated breath. Sh walks off disappearing into the forest surrounding that spooky cabin and I sigh.
" How awful," I say and crawl out from under the bush my pick snagging and causing me to trip backwards as it gets stuck. I turn around trying to pry it out and I grunt and growl before I loose my grip and go flying right into something soft. Shaking my head I look up and see I'm in the arms of the girl that slaughtered the monsters. I go wide eyed and start to panic as I'm held by her.
" Awww your so cute," says the girl as she sits me down before pulling out the bone pick and hands it back to me. She pets my head and scratches my ears as she walks away into the forest back towards the spooky cabin. I look at my bone pick and I stand up on my felyne legs and follow the girl. My felyne intuition is never wrong and it tells me to follow her.
But first this little felyne needs to hit the girls room.
Zelda pov
Walking back to the cabin feeling giddy at petting the beautiful white and black striped tabby cat. It's strange it walked upright but it was just so cute. Coming back to the cabin I see kyros now awake looking at me and he opens his wings and I walk over and curl up on his chest. He wraps me in his wings and I'm slowly falling asleep.
Kyros pov
I look at Zelda curled up and sleeping soundly on my chest as I sigh trying to fall asleep again but I stop looking out into the forest and see a tabby coated felyne wearing a blue apron style dress holding a bone pick looking at me and Zelda. I open my wings and the felyne immediately rushed into the inviting hug and curls up next to Zelda and snuggles right next to her.
Looks like Zelda made a companion out there.
