Chapter 3 - Chapter 2 - Secrets Out

Ariel POV

Me and Lori have been close like really cloths for the past couple of months as I worked on the giant ranch.

Her father Johnathan Jackson was not at first accepting at first but saw his daughter was stubborn plus a jealous cowboy named Clint Barson was jealous cause he's been trying to get Lori's attention but she never accepted it but me in a span of months to his years.

Becoming a cowgirl was easy as they loned out a horse called fire to me as she was beautiful.

We came back at in the morning as Lori was was waiting for us as she ran to hug her father then after she ran as Clint thought she was running towards him as he was ready but she ran passed him to jump and hug me as I spinned her around to hold her.

Clint gave a angry frustrated face as the boys tried not to laugh as Clint marched off angry with a few others, I knew this was about to blow up very soon as I'm ready.

"Okay babe, I have to get some sleep, I got my other job in a couple of hours." (Ariel)

"Actually Ari, why don't stay in the house for now, but a reminder, other people sleep there too like me, her momma, and her siblings." (John)

"Yes sir." (Ariel)

I put Fire away and my sattle as Lori was waiting as she grabbed my hand to lead me to the giant house which is like a estate since the ranch is the best ranch really as we walked in to smell food.

As we walked to the breakfast table as John walked out as I sat next to Lori, guess her siblings have school so there not up.

"Nice to finally meet you Ariel, the girl my daughter just loves and happy to talk about." (?)

"Momma." (Lori)

"Now Danielle, let's eat before the interrogation begins." (John)

"Just saying, John could you please heat this up?" (Danielle)

She put some meat on the table as John heated up by pointing his finger as a beam of light cooked the meat as I'm surprised but everyone stopped when they looked at me like they've done something dumb but they saw my face like it was nonchalant.

"What?" (Ariel)

"Didn't just see that, and you not freaking or asking questions?" (Lori)

"Yeah I'm not one who can judge considering." (Ariel)

I waved my hand as the blinds were closed a little from the blinding sun and brought the rest of the food out as it levitated to the table.

They saw that to be at ease.
