Ilwoo slowly approached the inside of the spiral, but for a moment, he was stunned by how vastly different it was from the game he had played, so much more overwhelming when seen in person.
Compared to the outside, the inside was far more spacious. From where he stood, he could see several demons already gathered around the gates that led to the trials.
Three gates stood in a row, each marked with a different color: red, yellow, and black.
"What… what are those?" Kim Donghyun asked nervously, staring at the gates as if looking too long might summon something terrible from them.
"Trial gates," Ilwoo answered, his gaze fixed on the black one carved with a demonic symbol. "Each one leads to a different level of trial."
"Level? You mean… we can just choose a door and face the trial?"
