Chapter 8 - Beyond the Hidden Hours: Part 5

When the door opened, Kai barely processed anything before his gaze snapped to the desk,

And the CEO… sprawled across it like some decadent offering.

One leg hooked up, the other hanging down, shirt discarded completely, tie barely hanging around his neck like a noose made of silk.

His fingers-----

Oh god, his fingers were already inside.

Pumping in slow, deliberate strokes, hips twitching against the edge of the desk as he moaned low into his own bitten wrist. He looked up, breathless and glistening.

"Took you long enough."

Ren stiffened behind Kai, but he didn't let go.

Kai swallowed, eyes wide, caught in a trap made of heat and sin.

"I… I don't…" he tried, but his voice came out as a whisper, lost in the crackling tension that filled the room.

The CEO's voice was honeyed sin. "I like being watched. Don't you, Ren?"

Ren didn't answer, he only gave Kai's wrist a little squeeze.

And then, the CEO pulled his fingers out with a wet sound that made Kai's knees buckle. He dipped those fingers into his mouth, slowly, letting them glide over his tongue.

"Kai," the CEO said, voice like velvet. "You've already seen the mess we made. Why not come make one of your own?"

Kai stood frozen, breath caught somewhere between disbelief and burning need. His chest rose and fell, air thick with the scent of arousal and something darker, something inevitable.

He looked at Ren, no, really looked at him.

Disheveled, lips still parted from earlier moans, hair clinging to his temple in sweat-damp strands. The once untouchable, pristine superior… now reduced to trembling knees and exposed skin. His eyes shimmered not with authority, but something dangerously close to pleading.

"Kai…" Ren's voice cracked, barely above a whisper. "Don't… look at me like that."

It wasn't commanding. It wasn't cold.

It was vulnerable.

For a flicker of a second, Kai's chest clenched.

Pity? No, desire, tangled with confusion. He felt it pulse, thick and heavy in his veins, his pants already too tight, too constricting. His legs wobbled, willpower hanging by a thread.

Then the CEO moved, like a predator catching weakness.

With one hand, he yanked Ren forward by the tie, crashing their mouths together. It wasn't a kiss, it was consumption. Tongues clashing, breath stolen, lips reddened and raw.

Ren moaned into it, knees buckling.

And when they pulled apart, strings of spit still clinging between them, the Ren that looked back at Kai was no longer the man he knew.

Gone was the mask of superiority.

Left behind was hunger, raw, stripped, and maddeningly open.

"I only act cold because it's easier," Ren muttered, voice hoarse. "But I've always watched you, Kai. I wanted to ruin you. Or be ruined by you. I didn't care which came first."

Kai took a step back.

Then forward.

Trapped in that inescapable spiral.

His body screamed for release. But his mind still clung to the last threads of restraint.

Not yet… but the leash was snapping.

And both of them knew it.

Kai didn't move. Couldn't.

He stood in the doorway, caught in the molten silence as Ren, half-undressed and glassy-eyed, leaned back against the desk with his legs slightly parted, trembling, exposed, breathless.

And the CEO?

He wasn't finished.

The older man dropped to one knee before Ren, his hands roaming up trembling thighs. His voice was low, like a growl curling up Kai's spine.

"Look at you... still twitching from my fingers and already begging for more."

"I wasn't---" Ren gasped, but his voice cracked as the CEO's lips brushed against that sensitive spot near his hipbone. "You're the one who--hah--keeps doing this."

"Doing what?" he taunted, sucking a mark into Ren's skin. "Showing Kai your true self?" His eyes flicked up, directly at Kai, and his smirk widened. "You look surprised. But I told you he needed to catch up, didn't I?"

Kai's throat was dry. His hand clenched into a fist, knuckles white.

This was madness. This wasn't the workplace anymore.

This was something else entirely.

Ren whimpered, and that did it.

That sound wasn't forced. It wasn't reluctant. It was starved. A need clawing its way out of a man who had spent too long pretending to be above it.

The CEO slipped two fingers between Ren's legs, the same ones that had been stretching him moments ago. Ren arched, head thrown back, a soft sob of pleasure escaping his lips.

"Still open…" the CEO whispered darkly. "Still needy."

Kai's stomach turned in knots, not out of disgust, but out of something far worse: envy.

He had watched. He had burned. But now? He was aching.

He could feel himself growing harder with every breath, every wet sound, every tremble from Ren's thighs.

And still, he didn't move.

The CEO's voice reached him again, smooth and commanding.

"I've broken him down for you, Kai. Torn away the suit, the mask, the arrogance." He turned Ren's face toward him like a prize. "This is what he looks like when he begs. Do you want to see what he sounds like when he breaks?"

Kai swallowed. Hard.

His nails dug into his palm.

Because the answer wasn't just yes.

It was a scream trapped behind his teeth.

Kai couldn't move. Not even when the CEO, bare-chested and flushed with sweat, hoisted Ren effortlessly into his arms, as if he weighed nothing at all.

Ren moaned weakly, arms limp over the CEO's shoulders, legs parted around his waist like they belonged there.

Like he always belonged there.

The CEO didn't just hold him, he claimed him.

And he made sure Kai saw everything.
