She stood up, blocking the path of the two women.
"What did you just say?"
The two women, one with red hair similar to Mary's but darker in color with accessories adorned on her hair tilted her head to size Hailey up, as if wondering if she was worthy to be spoken to.
The other one had dyed silver hair. Her tattoos peeked out of her long-sleeved shirt which the director had asked her to keep hidden since it wasn't needed for her role as an extra.
Hailey recognized the two ladies from the television from their former movies. They were in the same agency as Kaira, maybe even friends since she'd seen Kaira having a word or two with the ladies before.
"What? Did I stutter?" Evelyn, the silver-haired lady asked, her arms wrapped around her body with a sinister grin, as if waiting for Hailey to embarrass herself.
"Not at all," Hailey replied. "But for a second there, I thought you were talking to someone else because you can't possibly be talking to me."
