Hailey noticed her hands turning sweaty as fear gripped her, making her stomach churn while she continued to think of all the wrongs that would happen.
"It's done," Eduardo suddenly said, bringing her back from her thoughts. "I've hacked into her phone."
That was the best news Hailey had heard that day. "Really?" She asked, checking his computer that projected the screen similar to the tab opened on Kaira's phone.
"It wasn't difficult at all. But I can't check her call logs right now," Eduardo said, closing the phone and giving it back to Hailey. "You need to return it where you found it so she wouldn't be suspicious."
Hailey immediately returned the phone, dropping it into the bag without searching for another thing. And just right that second, she saw Jessica helping Kaira walk.
"What happened?" Hailey asked, a frown on her face.
"She was throwing up in the restroom. I don't think she can walk properly anymore," Jessica explained.
