Logan's eyes opened to the ceiling of their room.
After the event of the previous night, Logan had kept an eye open.
Granted he doubted that the assailant would make another move so soon after the first attempt had failed.
If he were being honest, he'd rather not get involved with the matter entirely, but Orion had convinced him otherwise.
Getting up, he walked out of the room while ensuring that he didn't step on the body on the ground and the blood.
He would have to look for a way to clean and dispose of the body as well as get rid of the blood.
Heading out into the town, Logan looked for somewhere to eat.
After taking note of a couple of places, he started his search for a means to dispose of the body but found none.
He returned to the room and, much to his surprise, didn't see either Orion or the prince, even the body was gone.
Sitting on the bed, Logan decided to wait for them.
Luckily, he didn't have to wait for long.
