The moment he stepped out of the kitchen, Humphrey Jennings glanced at the window, entertaining the thought of chopping off Benjamin Durant's hand that was about to pull down the bamboo curtain.
"Is the tofu pudding ready?"
Seeing Humphrey's figure, Nora Scott slightly leaned her head forward and took the initiative to ask.
"Yes."
Only then did Humphrey put aside the thought, carrying two bowls of tofu pudding towards them.
