"Sister, I'm here again," Navrena shouted into the empty-looking room.
"What are you doing here this early?" Travis asked, visibly annoyed by her.
"Oh hello, brother-in-law. I came to pick my sister up. We have lots of things to catch up on, including sisterly things we may have missed out on during when we were growing up."
His scowl deepened. "Do you know what time it is? You're coming in to wake someone up?"
"Whoops. The earlier, the better. We can fit a whole lot of activities today. We have roller skating, shopping, arcade games, and—"
"I've heard enough. She'll be out soon, but don't come here this early again," he grumbled out.
"Got it, brother-in-law!" She beamed a smile at him.
Travis looked at her, choosing to ignore her antics. She was his sister-in-law, after all, and he needed to treat her as nicely as possible even though she was steadily getting on his nerves.
"Here," he said, handing her a card.
"Ooh. What is this?" she said, taking the card from him.
