After a rainy night, Kaida's home is greeted by a relatively cool and sunny morning as she and Firion sleep in each other's embrace.
The sunlight falls on Firion and onto his eyes as they twitch from slight discomfort.
The elf's head is actually snuggled rather cozily in Kaida's bosom, but the stinging sensation in his eyes really irritated him!
He slowly got up and grumbled, "Even though I cannot even see right now these eyes still cause me discomfort!" he growled in a low voice.
He walked over to a wash basin filled with cool water and lightly splashed water onto his face.
But as Firion took a cloth to wipe his face he noticed something! It took a while for them to focus, but he could see the blue cloth!
When it hit him, he dropped the cloth and looked outside and for the first time since nearly dying he could see the world again!
"I don't understand...why did the god's allow for my vision to be restored? I thought they only cared for my suffering." as he spoke to himself.
His eyes were still adjusting, but he was shocked at how vibrant and bright everything seemed.
Kaida's home was a carved, cave dwelling overlooking a shallow creek, there was a rather large garden next to the home and various living utensils.
Then came the next question, what did Kaida look like? Before he couldn't see her, but now that his vision was back will he still hold her in the same regard?
She was still a demon, and while Firion is appreciative of everything she has done for him, he was still worried about lingering feelings of hate he might still have now that he can see.
("Kaida is an innocent girl, but demons were responsible for so much turmoil in my life from the burning down of my village and I have fought with them in battles for over 2 centuries. Will I still have animosity even towards her?") he thought with a worried expression.
"Firion? Are you outside?" he heard Kaida's voice and knew he would get his answer. So he closed his eyes.
He could hear the light footsteps coming behind him, and he sweated in anticipation. "Good morning Kaida, I have something to share with you." he said firmly.
She stood behind him and got a little excited. "Good morning! What do you have to show me?" she asked.
Very carefully Firion turned around with his eyes closed and slowly he opened them! First he was staring at 2 small feet, then his eyes slowly traveled up.
But he was left speechless when he finally saw her for the first time!
What he saw was not the demon he expected at all...instead the most beautiful woman he had ever laid eyes on was standing before him.
"Wait...can you see me Firion?" she asked anxiously. He was now looking her directly in the face.
Her complexion was like porcelain and she had the deepest shade of blue eyes that contrasted sharply with her auburn hair color, and on the sides of her head were two sapphire horns, and all she was wearing was a revealing pink lingerie that barely cupped her soft mounds.
Looking at her, it was hard to believe that such a lovely creature would be out here by herself, carefully placing his hand on the side of her face. "Kaida I can see again!" he said while warmly smiling.
The demon maiden had tears in her eyes and responded with an affectionate hug. "I'm so glad and happy for you, Firion! Maybe it was my milk that helped you!" she echoed..
"That's right! I didn't think about it but maybe your lactation helped heal my eyes last night!" he said as he carefully returned her embrace.
Kaida then paused, "Firion...I checked a while ago,...I have a little bit left...do you want some more?" she asked, blushing.
Firion gulped and stared at her fruits. "Are you okay with this sort of relationship Kaida? Letting an old man like me feed on them?" he replied as he sat down on a rock.
But Kaida became more direct and pulled his face toward her bosom. "If they help make you feel better that is all the more reason, and..." she stopped suddenly.
