Sandra just shut her eye and then boom it's already morning , she lazily stood up from her bed ,she was feeling a little bit dizzy ...
Yeah she didn't have her normal seven hours sleep or perhaps maybe it was because Ethan practically ignored her yesterday like she was some ghost or something which she didn't take lightly .
I mean he even practically forgot he hired a PA or something and to make Matters worse he cracked a joke about it with his friend which was an annoying freak ...
And the most intimidating part of it is that she was so dumb that she didn't realize she signed a contract , she needs to find a way to get hold of the contract book so she can read the contents and know what she signed cause David sounded right serious right when he said it which wasn't a good thing though his name combination shows his confused from the start I mean who goes with the name MICHEAL DAVID !
she just stood lifeless though still breathing quite well just consumed by her own taught staring stupidly at her mirror ..
" whatever'' she was expecting David here by 7:am Sharp like he did yesterday so she didn't wanna waste much time ... she hurriedly freshened up quickly which was weird to her she was never ready for something on time .
when she was done getting ready it already clocked 7:am Micheal still hasn't arrived yet which was very unusual again ,he was the type to wake you up from slumber if he wanted to drive you to work which was more annoying , he was just one very sweet annoying soul ... who can't just talk straight .
she was still in her thought when her door bell rang,she rushed over the door knob and dragged it open which forced the door to swing open which revealed Micheal he looked good this morning but Sandra just doesn't wanna admit it not when he cracked a joke about her at the office yesterday...
"you're late !'' she said without an official greetings with a straight face ..
" oh ,seems like someone really missed me huh , you definitely kept track of time which is too smart for someone dumb enough to sign an unknown contract" he said with a grin trying his possible best to make it sound more annoying than it already is ...
Sophia just rolled her eye at him and shover him aside and closed her door shut then walked over towards the car but when she got closer she halt ...
" what's, wrong did you forget something?'' David asked cause she was acting weird .
" I thought drivers are meant to open the car door for their passenger '' she said staring at him she just wanted to show him how it feels to be annoying ...
Michael took a step forward with one of his brow shut up and he said with a half amused ,half serious face " miss. Sophia last time I checked , you personally told me that your hands are not broken that you can open the doors by yourself without my help '' he said Making the word hit her back big time ,which Sophia could swear really did hit her .
" Gosh , you are so annoying '' she said as she dragged the car door open and entered , David didn't hesitate much he just entered and drove off to the office , the didn't have a single conversation like before which made David to look at the mirror to check how Sandra was from time to time .
The atmosphere between them was becoming awkward so David couldn't take it anymore then he said " hey ... um Sophia ,are you okay , I mean it's not like....''
Before he could.complete his statement a Sophia shushed him up " just drive David , am okay ''
"okay if you say so but do please don't collapse on my car " he said with a straight face which made Sophia to chuckle softly but she wasn't in a great mood to start a conversation just yet when they got to the office Sophia got down as usual and shut the door ,she loved it when she slams the car door shut ....
" yeah that's more like it!" David said as he zoomed off driving towards the parking garage, Sophia got to the office and for the second time since she started working she went to make herself some coffee God she needed one right now ,she took a cup of coffee and headed back to the boss office where she works and there was Ethan pacing up and down from this edge to to the other edge of the office .
Immediately she walked in before she could utter a a brief morning greeting Ethan cut her off by speaking first " you're late ,that's so unprofessional and unusual of you '' he said with anger written all over his face .
" oh , um ... am so...'' before she could complete her statement Ethan cut her off " don't you dare give me a silly excuse !" with irritation written all over every single word he blurted out .
" sir I was just ....'' he cut her off again which Sandra hated much ..." please get to work a,check those files I kept on your desk and give me a feedback '' he said .
Sophia was still shocked at how he changed just all of a suddenly ,he was sweet and lovely throughout last week even called her " beautiful '' but why is he suddenly becoming weird now .she just swallowed hard and rushed over to her desk to do as she was instructed.
Seems like she just started her work fully now ,she guessed but when her mind clocked back to how much she would be paid just like she saw in her contract book ...yeah speaking of that she needs to get her hands on it to know the content of the book but she can't for now not when her boss was busy stealing glances from her now and then " guilt is that you '' she said silently maybe he was feeling guilty for the way he was talking to her ...wait what am I thinking .."Naaah that's awkward!
