As John closes the door, he sits on his desk, he then takes a white paper and a pen and starts writing.
While he's writing, a conversation starts between Elesa and John about Lania's story.
Elesa: I knew it was Some Elve drama!
John: someone sounds excited.
Elesa: are you joking! This is just like that light novel I finished a while ago, it's called "under the white tree" it's about an Elf princess that is captured by a cult made by her uncle, her parents are imprisoned by her aunt and now after she broke free from the cult she's trying to get her family back with the help of a nameless knight and . . .
John: I didn't ask about the novel.
Elesa: Hmph, anyways what are you writing over there?
John: this letter is for Aldric and the other high ranking students, I need them in my plan, and I don't think they would turn a blind eye on any danger like that.
Elesa: oh I see, wait, didn't she just say that there's an army of those snow Elves? Don't tell me you're planning to do the same thing you did to the consul?
John: of course not, what happened with the consul was a huge risk, and the fact that the 1st Captain and the 2nd Captain of ASTREVAL Army was there in Fortis Vanguard Academy was just pure luck, right now we're dealing with a different enemy, using the same plan on them won't work, besides, I have a lot of time to prepare unlike the last time so I'm sure that we'll be fine.
Elesa: you say that with a lot of confidence, wait are you planning on using me in your plan?
John: of course, first thing I want you to do tomorrow is delivering this letter to the high ranking students, wait for me with them, as for what you need to do after that let's just say you have to wait for your next job.
Elesa sigh complaining about the heavy work.
Elesa: *sigh* it's always me who takes the most exhausting work, but I know how hard it's going to be without me so I will assist you.
John looks annoyed from hearing her.
John: (if I can replace her I would've done it, but unfortunately I'm stuck with her).
John finishes the letter and folds it, then he goes to sleep.
[Next morning]
Lania is walking through the hallways of the main building, trying to find the room John mentioned, after looking around for sometime she finds it, before entering, Lania takes a deep breath to calm herself.
Lania: (it's going to be okay, he said that here will be people he trusts, and besides, we made a deal yesterday so there's nothing I need to worry about, come on Lania you can do it, show them that you're confident).
Lania knocks on the door, and suddenly she hears a girl's voice.
Lania: *knock**knock**knock*
???: come in.
Upone entering the room, Lania's state is a complete shock from the scenery, two guys and two girls, wearing a white uniform and sitting on a table in the middle of the room.
Lania immediately knew who they are, surprisingly, she managed to control her face and hide her shock with a straight face.
Lania: (oh no! The high ranking students, I must've entered the wrong room) oh I'm sorry I got in the wrong room.
Before she can even turn to leave the blonde guy stopped her.
Aldric: Wait! Are you Lania?
[Moments later]
Lania is sitting on the table with the high ranking students after learning that they are the people that John mentioned, surprisingly, she's been able to make A face with mild expressions even though her mind is fallen apart from being in the same room with such big names like them.
Lania: (Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!!! Just how did I ended up here?! No the right question is how the hell does that guy know people like them?!!) excuse me, but may I ask how you guys know Mr shon?
Aldric: oh, well it's kinda complected.
Lona: we can't say the details but you could say that we owe him a lot.
The only thing that comes to Lania's mind when she heard this is that John is blackmailing them.
Lania: (Oh no! Oh no! Oh no! I didn't know that I made a deal with a freaky Maniac, he's probably using them to do his dirty work, Argh, I knew something was off with that person, damn it Lania why didn't you listen to your gut).
Aldric: by the way Lania, have you seen John in your way here?
Lania: huh? Well, no I thought he might be here with you.
Cohly raises Elesa from her lap.
Cohly: with the message he sent with Elesa he mentioned that he needs to take care of something so we thought he might be with you.
Lania: oh I see (where the hell did he get all that courage to leave the high ranking students wait for him?! Hmph, very shameful).
Arnold: I'm sure it's something important since he wants us to wait for him.
Lona: yeah we better wait for him.
[In an empty hallway in a nearby building]
A girl with long silver hair is walking through the empty hallway, while the sunlight that goes through the gray clouds enters the hallway windows.
While she's walking, she noticed that the hallway is not completely empty, there's a guy in the Windows side of the hallway, looking at the Cold sky.
She walks right past him, after a few steps a guy's voice calls for her.
John: Anexa Coldear, or should I call you "The Fallen Marvel".
Anexa: hmmm?
Anexa gives him a cold look from behind her shoulder, while a little smirk is appearing on John's face.
John: you know, I was looking for you all over the Academy, but yet I run into you here in the most unexpected place.
Anexa: what do you want?
John: now now, Let's not rush, those lifeless eyes of yours is quite similar to your father, how's he doing these days?
When these words came out of his mouth, something immediately changed in Anexa, her voice seems a little more aggressive than usual.
Anexa: if there's nothing important, I'll be leaving.
John: I apologize, I didn't mean to say anything offensive, I just want to talk.
Anexa turns to face him and seems like she calmed down.
Anexa: Hmph, continue.
John: (now is my chance) here's what I want to talk about with you, I want to make a deal with you.
Anexa: hmmm?
