"why are you crying dear?"
Dread creeped onto Nora's face like acne from cheap face cream.
She whooped her head round to search for the feminine voice.
"You should be happy! A new king has been chosen." The voice sounded mischievous but also resolute.
"May the wind swirl the sediments to breathe earth, and the fire of passion extinguished so that the liquid of life will mistify with the hurricanes, and simple man will be no longer." The tree grew even larger as it towered over her, it's roots swirling towards the place she dated not try and enter.
Another dull pain hit Nora's head as she collapsed onto the the tall grass.

A sharp gasp echoed through Nora's room as her hand flung to grip her sweat soaked shirt.
"..king?" She held out her shaking hands to in front of her, she swirled two small balls of wind in each hand.
'Maybe I'm just going crazy? Yeah, yeah! That's gotta be it! I must've eaten gutter oil food or something..'
She clenched her hands to try and rid of the balls of swirling wind, but instead they left her with shallow scratches.
She mumbled to herself,
"What the hell?."
Instead of trying the easier route again, she focused on trying to disperse the balls of pure wind energy.
They got smaller and she visibly relaxed.
That was until they pulsated before bursting and scattering gusts of wind blew her and many of her precious boxes to the wall and onto the floor.
She had her mouth open wide staring at her hands as she was forcibly shoved to a corner and out of her warm bed.
'I wasn't even trying though?' she felt more that just power, but a melancholic prelude to her future.
"Wait a damn minute.. DID SHE JUST CALL ME A MAN!" She recalled their words and started to shake from sheer anger.
"What man looks this beautiful!? She better get her eyes checked before I-" she lightly punched the wall in anger, but her fist passed through the first wall of wood the words got stuck in her throat.
She wiggled her fingers before clenching them.
