The next morning
As sun rose, its lightning conquered Earth. The morning birds took off on their journey to find food.
A ray of sunlight, from the curtains, hit Ron's face. Ron woke up half asleep. He looked here and there then recognized the place, his home and his room But empty. Ron woke up, forcing his mind not to think about that.
After breakfast, Ron opened his laptop and saw some messages from Locki and a video was attached to it.
The video showed Akira walking in the destroyed area of Bruce's city where Ron met him. Akira was holding a map, but the map was empty. Ron thought and reached the conclusion that the map was only visible to Akira. The video continued, Akira reached the back of Bruce's city on a cliff. Akira's lips moved which looked like some kind of ritual or spell. Akira completed the spell and the structure became visible.
Ron eyes widened, he paused the video looking closely, made the brightness of his laptop full and was shocked. A graveyard, a forgotten graveyard which was identical to the Graveyard in Thomas's world. The same graveyard where Yardy had taken Ron and Ron met Skelly before meeting Thomas. Ron had spent many years in Hero Town but never knew about this graveyard.
Akira walked through the Graveyard and stopped at a grave. A name was written on the grave. Ron was shocked by the name written on the grave.
"No way"
Ron couldn't believe that name on the Grave was
"Beloved Father"
Wulkranoth
Born- Died
XXXX-XXX
Ron couldn't process what was going on. He continued the video, but his mind was elsewhere, suddenly Ron saw Akira stumbling backwards. A grave a little away from Wulkranoth was Grave with the name Akira Antonito. Ron was also shocked to see a grave with Akira's name, but he noticed something more unusual. The Grave left for Wulkranoth was named Daniel, whom Ron had never heard of.
But the Grave on the right was named
Beloved Son, Husband and Father
Ron
Ron heart pounded faster. And the grave next to Ron was grave named
Beloved Daughter, Wife and Mother
Dream
The words carved into stone seemed to burn brighter than the sunlight on his screen. His breath caught, and for a moment, he thought his heart had stopped. Dream's name, etched in finality, stared back at him like a cruel prophecy.
"No… no, this isn't real," Ron whispered, but his voice sounded thin and hollow in the quiet of his room.
He forced his eyes away, only to regret it instantly. Another headstone caught his gaze.
Beloved Friend
Carter
His pulse hammered in his ears. He staggered closer to the laptop, unwilling, unable to look away.
Beloved Friend
Locki
The camera panned, almost leisurely, as if savoring his torment. Each stone it revealed drove another nail into his chest.
Beloved Friend
Bruce
Beloved Friend
Sami
One by one, every name carved itself into his memory like an open wound. Everyone he had ever cared about, everyone who had ever tied him to this world, lined up in cold, damp stone. The graveyard stretched endlessly, rows upon rows of names he recognized.
Ron's lips trembled. He tried to breathe, but the air was heavy, damp — he could almost smell the wet moss, the sourness of old earth, the copper tang of rusting gates. His skin prickled with cold, as though the graveyard itself had reached through the screen and brushed against him.
The thought lodged itself in his mind, cruel and unshakable.
What if I'm looking at the future?
For the first time in years, Ron felt truly small. Not against monsters, or magic, or sorcery — but against fate itself.
And yet the video rolled on, indifferent to his despair, dragging Akira deeper into the fog-shrouded nightmare beyond the graves.
Ron couldn't believe it. The video was ongoing. Akira walked and reached at the end of that Graveyard. Suddenly, a dark building appeared which was created on the peak of the cliff. Akira was scared and tried to go back. A purple fog appeared out of nowhere. It wasn't the fog that caused Zombie Apocalypse, but little bluish fog. The fog turned into a wall or doorway. Akira scared didn't move for a second.
Akira took out the map and turned it repeatedly. It looked like Akira solved a mystery. He entered the doorway created by the fog with his hand ahead. Then, after many hours Akira came out, he didn't look like himself. But half asleep and then he met Ron.
Ron closed the video and took many large breaths because what he saw was a lot to process. Ron opened the messages.
Locki: We know that the infection spread through a single touch, and Ron you touched and bought Akira to the hospital after his return from the portal.
Carter: Are you saying Ron is also infected?
Locki: I am not sure.
Ron: I think you are right, Locki.
Locki: But I think we are missing something"
Carter: I think all the infected ones are connected, that might be the reason why Ron saw Akira infecting the nurse in the elevator.
Locki: Brilliant as always. For now, Ron should stay in Quarantine.
Carter: Let us take care of this time.
Ron closes the chat and locks himself in his house.
Carter texts Locki in private
Carter: Locki? Are you there?
Locki: Yes.
Carter: Lets meet somewhere. There is something I want to discuss face-to-face
Locki: The usual spot?
Carter: Yes
Locki meets Carter. "So, what is it that you wanted to talk about?"
Carter says, "If I am correct that all the infected ones are connected than Ron can give us a lot of information about their hideouts and goals. And if my theory is correct that Ron can see through their eyes and all infected ones are connected that will mean they can see through Ron and know about us. "
Locki thinks for a moment and says, "Let visit the scene where people got infected.
