"Just a while ago." She said truthfully, "I know you and he are competitors in business, but don't worry, I'm a woman with principles. I won't say a word about what shouldn't be said."
"Who is worried about that?"
"Then what are you worried about?" Lucy reached out and wrapped her hand around his neck, "Worried that I might see other clients while I'm with you? Though we haven't known each other long, you should know me a bit, I'm not that kind of person."
"I'm not worried about that. If you dare to be unclear with other men while you're with me, I'll break your legs!"
Amusement filled Lucy's eyes, and she obediently rested her face against his chest, "I won't."
Jacob's anger instantly vanished without a trace, his hand caressed her hair, "I've been here since eight o'clock, waiting for you till now."
