Laura's words hit me so hard that for a few seconds, I wasn't so sure about what I heard. At first, the thought of finding Avira after so many weeks brought me great relief, then Laura's words hit completely, and I could not contain my displeasure.
"How did my Luna end up as a servant of your pack?" I asked.
"She was sold, I don't know the full details." Laura replied, without hiding her irritation. "You could have searched every nook and cranny for her if you cared that much about her." She accused, eyeing me.
I could only sigh. How was she to know that prior to today, I did not know that BloodMoon pack existed? Or that my father had any relation with the pack's Alpha?
But there was no need for that now, Avira is found, and it was pointless to waste any more seconds asking questions that are not so important any more.
Without thinking, I headed for the door, and yanked it open. Declan and I would travel to BloodMoon pack now, and bring back out queen.
