Godzilla's POV
"He hurt me…"
"That breath. That intensity. This isn't some reckless fledgling…"
"This is why she woke me. She never hid our kind from one another. This is a battle for a new King by her ordain. I will not lose"
The blue light in Godzilla's dorsal plates began to flicker as his thoughts sharpened.
"You bear our her mark, but your body—it's foreign. Winged. Evolved. But not of our ancient stock."
He rose. Massive claws gripped the seabed, crushing centuries of coral.
He stood. His posture was steady now. His pride—unchallenged.
The roar that escaped his maw was not just fury—it was challenge.
"RRRROOOOAAARRR!!!"
High above, Miraluz sliced through the storm like a divine blade of vengeance.
But he was far from overconfident.
His senses sharpened as he folded his wings, tucking into a freefall.
A silver comet plunged from the clouds.
"SWOOOSH!"
He speared into the water, generating a shockwave that erupted in all directions and created a tsunami nearly a hundred meters tall.
The oceans trembled in his presence.
Below, he saw Godzilla standing tall again—wounded, angry, but alive.
-------
Miraluz's POV
"Not bad, old one."
"Your scales are thick. Your energy reserves nearly drained, yet you rise. I respect that."
"But this world need's a stronger leader. It's me."
He pushed forward, his long, elegant body cutting through the water like a living torpedo.
Godzilla moved too—tail lashing out, carving the sea apart in a violent charge.
They clashed like underwater titans, shadows in the deep, each movement causing sonic booms that sent shoals of fish scattering for miles.
Godzilla lunged—massive jaws wide open.
But Miraluz was quicker.
He twisted his body mid-swim, sleek and snake-like, and avoided the bite by mere meters.
He rotated behind Godzilla in a blur, his tail trailing a glowing arc of red lightning.
And then—
"ROAAARR!!"
He let loose a roar that unleashed Resonance Charges, directed like underwater torpedoes.
The blasts slammed into Godzilla's dorsal plates with pinpoint force.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Each spine cracked under the sonic pressure, shearing away in jagged fragments.
Godzilla howled in agony, twisting violently in the currents as shards of glowing blue dorsal bone floated around him like debris from a fallen star.
-----------------
Godzilla's POV
"My spines…!"
He sank again, trying to stabilize.
"He knew exactly where to hit. He studied me… How?!"
Pain. Rage. More pain.
And then—something ancient stirred in his gut.
"A memory…"
The battle against the Supreme MUTO.
The moment when he had no choice but to let go—everything.
To cast away the precision of the atomic breath and unleash the uncontrolled core of his radiation.
He had hoped to never use it again.
But now… he had no choice.
"HRRRRRRAAAHHH!!!"
Godzilla's dorsal spines, fractured and broken, suddenly lit up with violent intensity.
The fissures glowed molten blue-white, illuminating the sea for miles.
The ocean boiled. Steam erupted toward the surface.
And then—
"BOOOOOM!!"
An unfocused burst of radioactive heat and plasma erupted from his back.
The surrounding water superheated, turning to vapor in explosive jets.
The sea became a furnace.
A massive dorsal radiation burst.
Miraluz was caught point-blank.
Miraluz's POV
What is—?!
The detonation was so sudden that he didn't have time to evade.
The pressure wave alone hurled him backward, slamming him into the seabed and carving a trench beneath him.
His silver-white scales cracked under the heat.
Plasma burned through his hide.
Red-hot fissures opened along his chest and flanks.
He coughed—not from pain, but from the shock of it.
Blood.
It oozed slowly from the seared gashes on his sides. His body sizzled.
He drew blood.
For the first time, he bled since becoming a titan.
And yet…
He smiled.
"Finally."
"The thrill of pain. The sensation of vulnerability. It's been so long."
"This is what I wanted. Not another whimpering Titan to flatten in seconds. But a true Alpha."
"Godzilla… now I see you."
He rose from the ocean floor, slower this time, wounded but burning with new purpose.
Above, the sea glowed from the radiation. Fish floated belly-up.
Clouds steamed from the surface.
Miraluz lifted his wings again.
His body trembled from the damage, but his eyes were wild—exhilarated.
-----------
Godzilla's POV
He's still coming…
Godzilla's breathing was labored. The radiation burst took almost everything he had left.
His reserves were low—too low to fire another atomic breath.
His body struggled to regulate heat. The ocean, usually his sanctuary, boiled with his own fury.
"You should've stayed down… But if you did you wouldn't have been one of us."
But inwardly, he respected it.
Miraluz swam slowly toward him now.
No longer outpacing him with speed.
Not darting around.
This was something else.
A duel.
No powers. No atomic breath. No lightning. No flight.
Just claws, fangs, and fury.
Godzilla stood straighter.
Challenge accepted.
They clashed.
Miraluz slammed into Godzilla with his shoulder, jaws snapping.
Godzilla caught him with his claws and retaliated with a vicious headbutt that sent blood flying from Miraluz's snout.
They tore into each other beneath the ocean waves—biting, raking, tail-whipping.
The currents thrashed with their movements.
Each hit echoed through the planet's crust.
No finesse. No tricks. Just raw power.
Above them, satellites flickered from the radiation pulses.
Monarch control rooms around the world lost contact with their oceanic sensors.
But even without footage, one thing was clear:
A war had begun. And the kings were fighting not just for territory…
…but for the right to rule the Titans.
