-----

High above the churning sea, dark storm clouds loomed.

High in the sky, Miraluz's silver-scaled wings beat with thunderous force, slicing through the tempest.

Golden eyes scanned the world below with icy precision.

"Who allowed you to trespass on my territory?!"

His voice echoed like thunder, amplified by the storm.

Beneath him, rising from the roiling ocean, Godzilla's colossal form emerged from the sea like a god awakened from slumber.

The ancient Titan's glowing dorsal fins crackled faintly, but his eyes—his eyes widened with disbelief.

---------------

Godzilla POV:

'Wings…? Flying?'

'No… that's not possible. No Gojira has wings… Not since the Age of Fire.'

'And this power… he feels like one of us—but not. Not born of the Old Titans. So then… what are you?'

For a brief moment, Godzilla stared, not with rage, but with curiosity and confusion.

Then, he snorted—a deep, guttural sound that sent ripples across the water.

'I've slept too long. The new generation has grown bold… forgotten their roots. Forgotten me.'

'GREAT MOTHER… is this your will? To awaken me now, when the world twists with change?'

High above, Miraluz narrowed his gaze, sensing the rising energy from the sea.

Miraluz POV:

'He looks at me like I'm kin. Hah. Naïve.'

'I am the new king'

' I don't kneel to legends.'

With a crack of thunder behind him, he raised his wings, channeling the storm into a focused strike.

His scales shimmered golden—lightning licked the sky.

CRACK!

A searing bolt of golden red lightning shot downward—over 100 million volts screamed through the air.

Godzilla had no time to react.

"BOOM!"

The bolt hit home.

Lightning exploded across Godzilla's armored hide.

Sparks erupted in a blinding burst.

His massive form twisted as though struck by the fist of a god, crashing back into the sea with the force of a falling mountain.

The water surged high into the sky, swallowing entire clouds.

'One shot won't do it. I know your type—too stubborn to die. But I needed to make my point.'

And sure enough…

"ROOOAARRR!!!"

The ocean lit up from below—a blue-white brilliance shot out, illuminating the underbelly of the storm.

The sea foamed and hissed as radioactive heat boiled the waves.

---------

Godzilla's POV:

'I see how it is. You're not just a beast… You're a alpha.'

'But you know nothing of the fire the GREAT MOTHER breathed into us.'

'You're powerful, yes—but undisciplined.'

'Flash over foundation.'

Godzilla's chest expanded, his dorsal fins glowing brighter and brighter, until—

"HHHRUUUAAAAGHHH!!"

He fired.

A massive beam of atomic breath exploded skyward from beneath the waves, just as Miraluz unleashed his own from above.

Two worlds collided.

Sky and sea. Light and fury.

Blue-white beams smashed into each other, roaring in midair like dueling dragons.

The storm screamed.

Thunder cracked louder than ever.

The clouds above caught fire.

--------------

Miraluz POV:

'His atomic breath… stronger. Guess the older you are the stronger the reactor.'

'But I own the sky.'

His wings spread wider, gathering momentum.

His reactor pulsed with violent rhythm, feeding his beam more energy.

Slowly, agonizingly, his breath began to overpower Godzilla's.

Godzilla POV:

'He's pushing me back?'

'No… she wouldn't allow this.'

'But what if… he's one of hers too? Born after me. Changed. Adapted. An answer to a future I cannot understand?'

'No. I am the King of the Monsters. I will not yield to time. I will not bow to evolution.'

He roared again, louder.

But it was too late.

Miraluz's radioactive beam smashed through Godzilla's own and struck him directly.

The ocean erupted as the blast detonated beneath the waves.

Water vaporized instantly.

Godzilla's body was thrown deeper into the sea, smashing into the ocean floor with a thunderous quake.

The shockwave traveled miles.

Underwater volcanoes stirred.

Coral reefs shattered. Whales fled in terror.

Miraluz hovered above it all. Unmoving. Unshaken.

--------

Miraluz POV:

"This world has changed. The old gods... they need to understand that."

He stared into the churning blue abyss below, breath steady, wings stirring faint gusts around him.

"Still alive, aren't you? Of course you are. That wouldn't be enough to stop you."

"Good."

"Because I need to show you—and everyone—that age alone doesn't define a king."

The moment the atomic radiation blast hit him, Godzilla's roar tore through the ocean like a tsunami made of sound.

"RRRRAAAAAGGGHHH!"

Pain—searing, electric pain—coursed through his entire body.

His armored scales flared a blinding blue-white before his titanic frame lost all balance.

He tumbled backward through the waves like a mountain breaking apart, crashing into the abyss of the sea floor with a force that sent shockwaves rippling through the tectonic plates.

The sea swallowed him. The light dimmed.

But deep within the dark, pressure-filled ocean, a pair of glowing eyes reignited.
