Chapter 4 — The Return of Cadia's Soldiers, Civilians, and Warfleet

Kent stood motionless on the foreign land, his gaze fixed on the sky, which was filled with enormous cracks—warp rifts that seemed to bring otherworldly forces into this world. From within those immense rifts, thousands of warships of varying classes emerged, cutting through the sky with an unavoidable presence. A deep rumble reverberated from above, and Kent felt the pulse of raw power emanating from the void. Once again, the system reminded him of the great changes unfolding.

From within the warp, emerged 100 million Cadia soldiers, clad in battle-worn armor and uniforms. They stood firm, ready to return to the battlefield. But it wasn't just the soldiers. 2 billion civilians, once part of the daily life on Cadia, now stood, confused, but filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

Meanwhile, Cadia's warships, massive in size, elegantly landed upon the planet's surface. Kent could see General Ursarkar E. Creed, Lord Castellan Pask, Colonel Macaroth, Commissar Yarrick, and countless other legendary generals step out from the ships. They all had expressions of shock—clearly remembering how their final battle on Cadia had ended in catastrophic destruction. They remembered everything, from the battle's beginning to the moment they fell in death.

But as they laid their eyes on Kent, something felt different in the air. They saw a man whose face and form bore an uncanny resemblance to Emperor Mankind, but with a younger appearance—his features sharp, hard, and filled with a quiet strength. They couldn't help but feel that this was the leader they had been waiting for.

General Creed, his face filled with deep gratitude and respect, stepped forward. "We remember our end on Cadia," he said quietly, his eyes never leaving Kent's face. "We remember when we died at the hands of the Chaos forces. But... why are we alive now? Who brought us back?"

Kent stood silent for a moment, bewildered by what was happening. No words could quite describe the feelings coursing through him. But then, the system spoke in his mind.

> [SYSTEM: You have activated the "War Point Resurrection" feature. All Cadia forces, both military and civilians who perished, have been revived to serve you.]

General Creed, once confused, began to sense something much greater—an energy emanating from Kent. His face, full of gratitude, shifted into one of unshakable conviction. "Our leader...," he murmured with deep certainty. "You are our new leader. We cannot be wrong. Your face... you resemble the Emperor Mankind of legend, the one who should have led us!"

Behind him, Lord Castellan Pask and Commissar Yarrick also stepped forward, their faces full of respect and submission. "We served a greater being once," Pask said, his voice steady. "But... with you, we sense a new miracle. You are the leader we need, even if we do not understand why."

The revived soldiers and civilians looked upon Kent with immense gratitude and hope. They remembered clearly how they had died—how their world had been destroyed. But now, they felt blessed for being given this second chance at life.

The civilians, most of them ordinary folk with no military training, stood with the same deep sense of thanks. They knew that, no matter what had happened, they had to follow their leader, even if they couldn't fully comprehend everything that was occurring.

"Our new leader," Commissar Yarrick said with a voice full of unwavering belief. "We remember the tales of the Emperor Mankind, and now we know, you... you are the leader chosen. Even your face... so similar."

Kent felt the weight of the responsibility bearing down on him. This wasn't just a role he could easily step into. He had only just been an ordinary man from another world, yet now he was leading these legendary forces. Not just the soldiers, but the entire population—resurrected, given a second chance—awaited his guidance.

"If you wish for me to be your leader," Kent said, his voice steady, though filled with the weight of duty, "then I will lead. We will rise together, and we will rebuild what was lost. We will conquer this world, and we will win our future."

The soldiers, the civilians, and the warships that landed all shouted in unison, full of passion, ready to follow Kent's orders—their new leader. They understood one thing: this was the beginning of a new era, an era that would be led by the Emperor Mankind reborn.
