After Troy's inclusion, they all looked at him stunned. As if they had seen a ghost.
He looked left and right, wondering why they were looking at him like that.
"What?"
Kael turned to Ophelia and asked,
"Are you sure that's Troy?" But Ophelia shrugged, also oblivious.
"Huh?" Troy looked confused.
What was this about?
It was clear he had said something that the usual him wouldn't have been able to say. He seemed… smart. Too smart to be true, in fact.
Kael exhaled.
"If only you were this bright when you let my woman touch your ear," he mumbled and clicked his tongue, showing he was still holding a grudge. "Anyway, back to business. Troy and Ophelia made a point. Same with Sebastian." Sebastian, the one who had brought up the issue, nodded at the recognition. "So, there'll be two invitations sent at the same time to each household."
