Creating the New Moon hadn't completely exhausted Carlotta's alchemical artifacts. For instance, the spoils recently obtained from Dale, several Alchemical artifacts, still remain unused.
Aside from the weapons Dale himself wielded, he carried other Alchemical artifacts, though he died before having the chance to use them.
Carlotta had inspected these items earlier and found them useless, so she had long ago tossed them into the furnace of Stellar Workshop. However, even after Stellar Workshop constructed New Moon, those items remained in the furnace, not yet fully consumed.
This sparked an idea in Carlotta's mind. She removed her Rose Cross and placed it into the furnace.
Alchemical items were categorized as either ordinary or superior grade, and Alchemical artifacts were no different.
