Chapter 163 - Chapter 163: Kara's Final Struggle!

The decisive final battle arrived even earlier and more abruptly than Ōtsutsuki Kamishiki himself.

And this time… it was not Kamishiki who launched the attack—it was Chiyu who came knocking at his door.

The new headquarters of the Kara Organization was forcibly yanked out of its pocket dimension that very day, dragged into the real world of the Shinobi World and made to manifest outright.

Ōtsutsuki Kamishiki felt a tremor in his heart.

"Uchiha Chiyu can perceive a base hidden in another dimension?"

"He even shifted the entire spacetime pocket into the Shinobi World?!"

What was more frightening: before the organization had time to react, several powerful elite squads had already surrounded it from the outside.

In an instant, every remaining member of Kara turned pale.

Kamishiki understood—Uchiha Chiyu was forcing checkmate ahead of schedule.

Yet he still could not see Chiyu's figure anywhere.

On that god‑like, expressionless face of his, a trace of anger finally appeared.

"Uchiha Chiyu. Since you wish to fight me to the death, at least show yourself and give me the respect I deserve."

A loud laugh rang out from Uzumaki Naruto:

"So you're Ōtsutsuki Kamishiki?"

"You want the Lord of the Shinobi World to respect you?"

"Too bad—you're not worthy."

Kamishiki's brow twitched.

"Uzumaki Naruto, do you think a sudden surge of power entitles you to speak to me that way?"

"In the blink of an eye I could reduce you to nothing!"

Naruto laughed even louder.

"If you can, then go right ahead and try!"

Kamishiki fell silent.

If he struck first, Chiyu would certainly strike as well. Under that crushing pressure, he knew the one who would die… would be himself.

Unless—

Unless he killed Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke first. Their deaths were like anchors—the only prerequisite that might let him defeat Chiyu.

"Hmph. I won't dirty my hands on such lowly creatures."

"But I do have someone quite suited to kill you."

The figure stepping out from behind Kamishiki was—

Koji Kashin.

Yet something about him was different from before. Naruto sensed in him a will—and even a presence—that was no longer human.

Naruto, now a grown man long trained by Chiyu, was nothing like the mischievous boy of the original tale. He frowned slightly and analyzed calmly:

"Koji Kashin—ranked with Granny and that bastard Orochimaru as one of the legendary 'Three Sannin,' a clone of Jiraiya."

"But I can feel his will has been erased. He's an empty shell, a puppet. It seems you've remade him with your power…"

Kamishiki nodded with faint admiration.

"As expected of Chiyu's student—you have some skill."

"Correct. Koji refused absolute submission, so I stripped away his will and transformed his body, granting him true divine power."

At Kamishiki's command, Koji plummeted from the sky and landed before Naruto.

Naruto snorted. "Ōtsutsuki Kamishiki, you really have no humanity at all—so cruel to your own subordinates!"

"Koji Kashin… let me end your pain!"

In a flash, the two were locked in fierce combat.

Elsewhere, the one Kamishiki sent to deal with Sasuke was—resurrected once more—Orochimaru.

"Meeting again, Sasuke…"

Sasuke answered coldly, "I'm sick of seeing your face."

"The Lord of the Shinobi World said you'd die by my hand."

"Looks like today's the day."

Orochimaru chuckled. "Sasuke, your power is indeed unparalleled. But I'm not what I once was. And even if I'm still weaker, killing me won't be so easy…"

Sasuke replied flatly, "Really? Then come and try."

The two clashed in the next instant.

Meanwhile, Kamishiki unleashed every Ten‑Tails Split Fission, every Claw Mark and Rinnegan monstrosity he had created—an overwhelming army blanketing the sky.

Alongside them marched intelligent puppet soldiers forged by Amado, Orochimaru, and others, resembling the Asura Path of Pain, armed with modern artillery, lasers, and heavy ordnance.

Yet on Chiyu's side, the elite shinobi—already unfazed by Six‑Paths‑class threats and even surpassing that peak—felt no fear of such "monsters."

This battle would undoubtedly be the final war of the Shinobi World. Chiyu himself had said so: it was training before the counter‑invasion of the Ōtsutsuki home planet. No one dared slack off; everyone fought at full power.

Kara members newly empowered by Kamishiki—Delta, Victor, Deepa, Bug, old and new alike—unleashed unimaginable strength as they charged the ninja army.

And the shinobi forces, led by Uchiha Fugaku, Hatake Kakashi, Hyūga Hiashi, Tsunade, Yakushi Kabuto, every Kage of the Five Great Nations, and elites of all major clans, counterattacked to wipe out the last remnants.

The final war of the Shinobi World had broken out.

At that very moment, Amado himself did not appear. Instead, he hid in a secret chamber within Kara's HQ, silently watching the battle through surveillance feeds, his expression unreadable.

Suddenly the monitors flickered, went black—and a face appeared onscreen.

Amado's eyes bulged, cold sweat pouring down.

It was… Uchiha Chiyu.

"Y‑you… how…?"

Chiyu said calmly, "Enjoying the show, Amado?"

Amado was aghast. He knew Chiyu's power had reached a god‑like peak. Yet his own methods were science, not chakra—yet Chiyu had just invaded his instruments. Had Chiyu already transcended the dimension itself?

In this universe, only one being could do such a thing… the Ōtsutsuki God.

Amado shivered.

"Uchiha Chiyu, w‑what do you want?! Why come for me instead of fighting Ōtsutsuki Kamishiki?"

Chiyu answered, "Kamishiki has never been worth my attention. In the entire Kara Organization, the only true threat… is you."

Amado was stunned.

"W‑why? By strength alone, Kamishiki dwarfs me countless times! In front of him, I'm an ant—he could crush me with a finger!"

"True," Chiyu said. "But to you, he too is an ant, because… he is only part of your ultimate plan. In fact, your goal is the same as mine: I use this final battle to train for the assault on the Ōtsutsuki; you use Kamishiki to rehearse your own grand design."

Amado finally trembled in true fear.

"You… you've seen through my final plan? Impossible—no one could know!"

Chiyu said coolly, "Your obsession was never reviving your daughter. You could have done that long ago. From start to finish, you had only one aim: the resurrection of the true Ōtsutsuki God. Kamishiki is merely a component of that plan."

Hearing this, Amado's last hopes crumbled.

"How… how can you know…"

"Simple," Chiyu replied. "Because I am all‑knowing, all‑powerful."

Amado fell silent for a long while.

"I never imagined anyone could pierce my scheme… a secret even Kamishiki cannot fathom. Uchiha Chiyu, you truly are omniscient."

He glanced toward the battlefield outside.

"Kamishiki may not be the true Ōtsutsuki God, but his power is second only to yours. Are you sure you won't act yourself? Your subordinates, strong as they are, still can't match him."

"To kill Kamishiki, I need only a thought," Chiyu said. "He keeps babbling about us being rival players and everyone else mere pieces; I hardly care. Watching him revel in his own confidence is mildly amusing—that's all that's spared him so far."

Amado was speechless.

"So will you kill me or not? Why delay?"

Chiyu replied, "Because the fact that even Kamishiki can't read your true thoughts led me to your real identity. Kamishiki's 'Clairvoyance,' 'Ten Directions,' 'Omnipotence'—those Shinjutsu should lay everything bare, yet he still can't see through you. That means your will stands above his. In other words… you are the remnant will of the Ōtsutsuki God, or rather a puppet controlled by it. Am I right—Ōtsutsuki Shibai?"

At that instant Amado's expression changed utterly—panic giving way to aloof, god‑like indifference.

At last Ōtsutsuki Shibai spoke.

"Uchiha Chiyu. I underestimated you. I never thought you could discern my true form—an impossibility. That means you now possess the power to stand beside me, a power that should not exist in this universe. Who are you?"

Chiyu gave no answer.

"I suspect Amado was not your first vessel," he said. "His endless taboo experiments—even dissecting corpses you'd cast off after reincarnation—must have awakened your lingering will, letting you possess him."

Shibai nodded.

"Correct. My existence is beyond his comprehension. He courted disaster by seeking the source of my power, so I took his body as a puppet. He brought ruin on himself."

"What is your goal?" Chiyu asked.

Shibai smiled faintly.

"Goal? Uchiha Chiyu, as the sole being in the universe who can understand me, you shouldn't need to ask. Surely you can guess."

"So it's merely to relieve boredom?" Chiyu frowned.

Shibai laughed.

"Exactly. The real me long ago shed flesh, even transcended this dimension. What you see is just a fragment, a projection. After transcending, the Shinobi World is but a tiny realm—a game, in Amado's high‑tech terms. I possessed him to play this ninja game. No purpose beyond passing time."

"I see," Chiyu said.

Shibai looked almost moved.

"I knew you would understand—only you could."

Chiyu continued, "And I know it's not just boredom. Through this descent you also gather greater power."

Shibai's face changed slightly.

"You perceive even that…"

"If we joined forces," he said, "not just this world but infinite dimensions could be ours."

Chiyu smiled.

"Perhaps. But I have no wish to join you. This is my world."

Shibai's voice chilled.

"Opposing me?"

"That's your decision, not mine," Chiyu said. "And since you possessed Amado, your so‑called Ōtsutsuki Planet must already be twisting—precisely the moment for my counter‑invasion."

Shibai said, "Indeed, the Ōtsutsuki's fall is certain. Yet I once thought to stop it—"

"Stop flattering yourself," Chiyu cut in. "You devoured their power and ensured their destruction."

Shibai fell silent.

"You know everything," he murmured. "Yet you refuse the shortcut—why choose the harder road of uplifting the whole Shinobi World with you?"

"Because that is my choice," Chiyu replied.

Shibai shook his head.

"Clearly, we cannot walk the same path."

"Agreed," said Chiyu.

"Farewell," Shibai said.

"There will be no meeting again," Chiyu answered.

With a single thought, Shibai's soul, will, even the time and karma of his existence, were wiped away.

The Ōtsutsuki God—Ōtsutsuki Shibai—perished, utterly erased from this universe and dimension. Amado died instantly as well.

Chiyu had eliminated his last and strongest enemy.

A flash—and he appeared on the battlefield outside.

Kamishiki saw him and, for the first time, smiled.

"Uchiha Chiyu, you've finally come yourself. I knew only you were a worthy opponent."

Chiyu said nothing more. He waved his hand lightly—and Kamishiki dissolved into ash.

At the same moment, Naruto burst forth with power greater than ever, freeing Koji Kashin completely. Sasuke likewise shattered Orochimaru's soul to dust, ending any hope of resurrection.

Koji Kashin—dead.

Orochimaru—dead.

With the deaths of Kamishiki, Amado, Koji, and Orochimaru, the claw‑beast legions and all remaining Kara remnants—Delta and others—were crushed under the shinobi army's assault, turning to nothing.

The final war of the Shinobi World ended here.

From that day on, every hidden danger and lingering sickness was purged. Under Chiyu's leadership the Shinobi World marched toward ever‑greater brilliance.

After several years of governance, the world achieved the grand vow Chiyu had proclaimed from the start, fulfilling his original aspiration—his perfect world.

And the next step…

is departure.
