The higher-ups in Little Garden seem unconcerned, or perhaps the Demon Lords provide amusement in their otherwise monotonous lives?
Demon Lord attacks aren't uncommon, but an attack spanning almost an entire outer gate is unusual. This is a large-scale attack that would certainly alarm the Layer Rulers.
Shiroyasha is the Layer Ruler of the East District.

Sakamaki Izayoi's words pulled Kuro Usagi from her painful memories. She lifted her head, a bitter expression on her face.
"Sorry… I was remembering sad things. These are contract documents, signifying a Demon Lord has started a Gift Game."

"My lady, please return Leticia to us. She… is our important companion!"

Silence hung in the air. Just as Kuro Usagi was about to speak again, a figure emerged from the ice mist.

Finding the person she'd searched for for years, Azi felt a surge of excitement, quickly replaced by calm as she scrutinized Arthas.
Arthas shifted uncomfortably under her intense gaze. Seeing this, Azi laughed heartily.
She lowered her head, lightly biting her fingertip.
"So cute… you are. Soon… soon you'll be mine."
Kuro Usagi, who had been gathering the courage to plead with Canaria for Leticia's return, turned pale and lost her voice the moment Azi appeared.
