Luke scrolled through all of the notifications that popped up in his inbox after he recreated Gielinor closer to the center of the universe. He knew that the farthest the Doctor would ever go would be Planet One when Eleven took Amy Pond there just before the events of The Pandorica Opens. This helped him find a good place to place Gielinor as he refused to allow humanity or the Time Lords to find this world of his and strip it of its resources.
There was also the fact that Luke knew Sutekh was hiding on the spine of the Doctor's TARDIS and had been for a very long time. He knew that, in the future when Sutekh returned, he would have to step in and stop Sutekh from destroying Gielinor. There was also the fact that Sutekh's dust of death was something that killed anything without discrimination and was similar to how Davros constructed the Reality Bomb, but Luke felt confident to deal with the god of death and the rest of the Pantheon when the time came for it.
After all, he had faith that the System and his own power of Anima could definitely protect his creations from the acts of the Pantheon. The only thing he wasn't completely sure about was the troubles of Division and what Techteun was doing with the Flux, yet if he could level up, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
However, what helped him out more was the Anima Veil he created over the world of Gielinor. When he made it, he kept in mind of all of the horrors of this universe that could inevitably find this nascent universe of Anima and wanted to protect it from these horrors. He knew of the Sontarans, the Carrionites, the Cybermen, the Daleks, and so many more that could have the ability to find this world, yet their abilities that rely on either technology or old magic seemed to feel lacking in comparison to his powers over Anima itself.
As the Veil was directly made to protect Gielinor and the planets he would inevitably create in the future using Anima, Luke wove in plenty of safeguards so that it acted like a shield to defend and obscure these planets from being detected or harmed by the natives of this universe.
"So," Michael began saying to Luke as he looked over the summarized events of what happened with the new creations, "you created a large and expansive Veil made of pure Anima designed to protect all of your planetary creations and the life that is seeded on them from the natives of this universe. You even wove into the very fabric of the Veil trace existences of various races that are enemies of the Doctor and hostile to humanity, adaptability to nearly any source of threat to mortal existence, and permanent administrative power to you and me in case the adaptability goes horribly wrong. Is there anything I'm missing?"
"Aside from the fact that I made it adapt to the time alterations that the Doctor and many civilizations that can travel through time are capable of doing?" Luke inquired as they were both on the command deck of the Light of Hope. "There's not much else to describe."
Michael sighed internally as he finished reading the summarized version of events. "Well, the idea was solid enough. You needed a place that, despite different from Earth, could provide endless adventures. This would also provide a refuge for those at the End of the Universe too."
Luke had nearly forgotten about the far descendants of humanity that were stuck dealing with the monsters known as "futurekind" which were just humanoid beings with sharp shark-like teeth that could be considered truly savage. He knew that the Master would be bringing them to the past and attempt to create an empire that would last for over a hundred billion years, but Luke knew that the cost was to cannibalize the Doctor's TARDIS into a living paradox machine. There was something about that specific thing the Master did that made Luke angry, but he considered it mostly on the perspective of someone who had infinite power and can create life both intentionally and unintentionally.
"Yes, but I think we should consider what Gielinor will represent to her." Luke said with a colder steely tone.
There were two women that Luke had on the mind when he said this. While both of them would inevitably meet the tenth incarnation of the Doctor at the same place, Luke knew that one of them was more troublesome than the other.
The first one and least troublesome was Charlotte Abigail Lux. She was the main control node of the Library and central to the events of both Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead episodes. Luke understood her plight as she wanted to save all of the residents of the Library from the Vashta Nerada and had to wait until the Doctor and Donna showed up to fix everything. He even wanted to modify a part of the Library's systems to send not only her but Doctor Moon with her into Gielinor so she could experience a brand new world with endless stories.
Something told him that she'd love Reldo (or as Luke knew him as Charos) and the library in the Varrock Palace.
As for the other woman, Luke got a shudder down his spine as he knew what she was fully capable of. Melody Pond or, as the Doctor knows her to be, River Song. He knew that she kept meeting the Doctor in the wrong order and she'd keep meeting his past incarnations until she'd inevitably head to the Library. He was scared to meet her in the Library because that meant she knew his future plans and what he had planned for the Doctor.
What was worse that she could find a way around the Veil as she is an Archaeologist from the future. He didn't put her into the Veil's permitted people yet, but he wasn't going to put it behind her to find a way into Gielinor. After all, she is a time traveller like the Doctor and the child of the TARDIS.
"Anyways," Luke said as he swiftly input the coordinates for Earth into the control table, "we will have to deal with both women soon enough. We will deal with the Krillitanes soon and they are going to be a headache to deal with."
Michael nodded as the engines of the Light of Hope whirred to life. The sight of the Voidship fading away from the far distance of Gielinor and the Veil left unnoticed.
