"It's nothing. Since this is what you want, I'll naturally help you achieve it," Garrett said calmly.
"You're so kind, Jarrett," Holly replied.
The name "Jarrett" made Garrett's heart skip a beat. For some reason, hearing it from her lips felt jarring.
"Just call me Garrett from now on. 'Jarrett' is just a name from my childhood," he said.
"Okay," Holly responded obediently.
Interestingly, the name Jarrett was one Rachel had told her about long ago.
When Rachel returned home one day with a torn dress, she claimed she had saved someone.
No one in her family believed her, thinking she was just making excuses to cover up her mischief, and she even got punished for it.
Out of curiosity, Holly had asked Rachel what happened, and that was how she learned about the boy Rachel had saved, who was named Jarrett.
If Garrett had come looking for her, Holly wouldn't have been able to impersonate Rachel so easily.
