It seems like we have more time than I thought. The Archangels already finished creating three Angel Centurions within a few days excepted for their assistant Angels, they even further developed my Kinetic Vector design into a new submachine gun-style standard weapon to bridge the gap between the Kinetic Vector and Kinetic Silencer.
In my original design, I placed the Kinetic Accelerating System inside a DMCs body, and made the body into a flat hexagonal prism that had two opposite corners closer to the gun barrel, and used these Barrel Body to absorb and store Spiritual Bullets with my energy signature. Then we just had to attach this system with any gun frame design to make it into Runic Railguns.
The reason why my weapon designs are very minimalist is because of the energetic nature of the Angels. They don't need any sights or triggers because of their ability to energetically trigger and locate coordinates from every Angel's energy sensing.
That means my DMCs gun frames only need an imprinted Trigger spell inside, and that spell will start the accelerating process in any Kinetic Accelerating Barrel that slides and locks in together with it. Then, you can just touch the barrel body with the rounds to refill it.
But in the Kinetic Vector frame, I also created a physical refill slot under the cover at the frame base of the stock's lever. You can slide the cover to the rear and physically put the rounds in by hand in emergency cases. The Lever itself is actually a smaller DMCs body with a hole that will directly send the bullets to the real Kinetic Accelerating Barrel.
With a bullpup-style grip handle that sinks into the frame and an adjustable tactical stock, they just couldn't resist to making it into a single-handed burst fire mode Submachine Gun. Even though I originally planned to adjust it into an Assault Rifle, it seems like they needed a more flexible approach. So, I named this new weapon the Kinetic Blitz.
Sentinels' implanted Kinetic Accelerating System are only a single action system for longer range spells. But with this three round burst mode, the Kinetic Blitz also fills the gap between hand to hand Flame Fist spell and area attack Flame Breath for the Battle Mage, and the Shield Medic also can solely focus on Terra Shield and support spells.
So, the Kinetic Blitz became their primary weapon with the Kinetic Silencer as their standard sidearm. This change pushed the Battle Centurion's Command Unit away from the Kinetic Vector to focus on fusing Frontline Magic, while the Central Intelligence became the only one who focused on Battlefield Magic.
Meanwhile, all Battle Medics and the Central Intelligence's Assault Teams will stick to the Kinetic Vector as their primary weapon for extra long-range support from all Ultra Shots. This eventually led them to create an attachable combined Rune Tech Sound/Flash Suppressor for the Covert Acolytes and Recon Teams to ensure they remain silently stealth.
Even though the Kinetic Vector sounds like a massive, single action anti-material fifty caliber Sniper Rifle, but it's actually around the size of a tactical shotgun or a classic hunting rifle. It can also switch to continuous shooting in closer range, like a Designated Marksman Rifle. With its low recoil and energy sensing, sometimes they just shoot Kinetic Vector from Standing position or even from the Hip Fire position.
In the Kinetic Gatling, I also created a simple emergency tray that can put bullets in by hand, on top of the gun close to the rotation system that houses eight Kinetic Accelerating Barrels. Even though they normally use an attached solid DMCs Box that already absorbs the Ceramic rounds as a way to reload.
After thinking about this, I planned to add a physical magazine slot or revolver chamber to the Kinetic Silencer for physical reload, but they temporarily fixed this problem by building a smaller version of the DMCs Bullet Box as an emergency magazine.
With all of this weaponry system right now, even Hybrids with Mortal Bodies or normal humans that are blessed by me or my Archangels can also join our Battle Centurions. But I hope, we don't have to meet with that kind of situation.
After a week and a half, the Two Emperors arrived. They went to establish their ceramic business, hiding it within a ceramics-famous town like Yulin County. We met at one of their buildings and spoke at a dinner banquet table. I tried to break the ice by talking about their Mining Squads, Space Programs, and their business project, but they seemed more interested in Michelle.
"Isn't this the Spirit Lady inside your Personal Space?" Huang Yi asked.
"Yes, Master Huang. I am Michelle, Master Kirisen's personal assistant." Michelle gently replied.
"She's really a special one. She is some kind of artificial life form. I am not sure we can call her my creation or not, but she was created with my Personal Space." I told them some of her story.
So, I started to talk about some of my own creations. For someone who had lived for more than a thousand years, a few meetings might not be enough to gain their trust. I had to take some risk by giving out information about my technologies to them, they are the original owners of these technologies anyway.
That's when Jiang Xu tried to look inside Michelle and sense the Angel Suit and Processing Halo that she had hidden, and that's also when Michelle subconsciously responded by blasting his energy away.
"Don't be impolite, Michelle!" I yelled.
"It's okay, don't worry. It's my fault." Jiang Xu calmly replied.
"That's one of my Battle Suit designs and a Multi-Core Processing Unit. I think it's quite close to your Red Porcelain Armors." I explained some of the details.
But now I had to do something further as an apology, so I decided to invite them inside my Divine Realm. I planned to let outsiders see only Hanzhong, Xianyang or Chang'an, but to show them their Mining Squads and my own creations, I needed to let them see our base around the Sacred Mountain.
At first, I showed them the Kinetic Vector by letting Asena use it. Even though they were not very interested, Asena told me something crucial. She didn't like it much because it was harder to control. I think the imprinted spells made it harder to control by her intention alone. I hadn't noticed this sooner because I automatically use my intention to create additional Syntaxes to adjust the overall results of the spells.
Then I showed them the Ultra Curved Whirlwind Shot by using the Kinetic Vector. Jiang Xu and Huang Yi were quite curious and wanted to test it too. After they tried to shoot a few rounds, they seemed confused and asked how I was doing it. So, I had to tell them about the Mobius Rune, the Language of the Universe.
They were totally shocked and asked for more explanation. I ordered Michelle to get into her Arch Suit and precisely swim in the air, before I told them that this was the result of complex parallel processing, not really an intention-based power like our Innate Power. This was even more confusing to them.
I had to tell them that Michelle had already become a Hybrid by merging with Spiritual AI. Then I taught Jiang Xu the Boosting Syntax pattern and told him to first weave the empty complex conduit pattern of each Rune using energy inside himself, before starting to let the energy flow unendingly inside these Runic Patterns one by one. Just like that, the Boosting Spell activated! Then I told him to run with all his might before he became burning while running!
"What is that, Kris? What's going on inside me?" Jiang Xu asked me.
"It's just a command sentence in that Mobius Rune Language, and you're just buffing yourself by consuming your own energy right now," I further explained. "If you want to swim in the air like her, you need to learn the language well enough and have calculating ability close to a supercomputer. I also don't suggest merging yourself with Spiritual AI, you might lose some of your personality or memories while doing that. My test subjects already lost some of theirs in my experiments."
The results of this meeting were a Ceramic trade deal and a Knowledge and Technologies Exchange Agreement between me and the Two Emperors, focusing mostly on my Mobius Rune Language knowledge and their existing Divine Technologies. They also invited me to join their Space Program and journey beyond known Space with them, but I declined because Asena still needed time to realize her own destiny as the Ancestor of the Turk first.
After Jin Shan and other mortals received the details of their orders, we continued our journey to Zhuya Island. While they will return with a few example goods for Jiangzhou and connect with the Xia Xing Men to establish a new trade route on my command, using my color on Jin Shan's Command Badge. Jin Shan will be our new Route Master for this southern route, and the Luoyue of Nanning and the Sun Sphere agents will only cooperate with the Badge Holder that they had been introduced to by familiar faces like Jin Shan.
Sun Sphere agents waited for us at one of old wooden docks. Disguised as local boatmen, they worked the ropes and rudder, their movements precise and efficient, maintaining a silence that was unusual for a civilian crew.
Our crossing path was the narrowest point of the Qiongzhou Strait. My eyes were fixed on the distant hazy tropical mountains of Zhuya Island, gentle currents tearing through the channel. I sensed something wrong with the sea, it seemed like Asena also sensed something too, but we could not just stop because of our hunch. This crossing would take only eight hours maximum, not many days like when we journeyed from the Southern Beach to Xuwen County. What could possibly go wrong?
But just as we were on the open sea at the middle of the Strait, the gentle currents ceased. The water around us began to swirl with impossible speed and violence.
Our boat was instantly dragged into a silent colossal whirlpool. The ocean surface transformed into a terrifying deep funnel of dark water. The sheer force of the spiraling vortex was not natural, it was like the intent of the sea itself trying to warp us with all its powerful waves.
It was precisely at that moment, as the boat plunged into the vortex's lip. The ancient, cold and possessing voice resonant from the deep of the ocean, spoke directly into the mind of every single Being aboard the vessel through Telepathy.
