Was it too late for me to make it on time? Or am I still on the right path? Either way...I can't give up now after how far I've gone. If Ryoth gets free, then this may as well be the end of the world. One step at a time, but after I get there, I will talk them out of this. I don't want to kill any of my own, even if they wanted to destroy the world with some Eldritch God.
I walked through this landscape, with buildings that we all put into the Earth. While I found the field where I needed to be. I look at the abandoned church in the distance, and find no one there, except helicopters hovering above the place with their bright lights shining down, and cars parked in the grass. If they were hiding inside, then I bet that they were scared to come out and face their punishments.
A whole team of men went inside, and a few didn't seem to come back out. They fired a missile at the roof, but it started raining, which immediately extinguished the flames it started. There was a heavy downpour, and it became harder to see in the rainy night. I snuck through the grass as I lost hope in the police force to stop them. I got close to the entrance, but then I heard someone.
"You just had to come here! You have a lot of nerve putting your life at risk," Callith said.
"Please, don't do this...if you stop this, we can think of a way to reunite, all three of us, we can put an end to this thing, and live normal lives," I said.
"Normal, look at us, we aren't even human anymore, now we're just some, creepy, twisted demons. And even if we did, what do you think the rest of the world will do, because I know they ain't going to let us walk free!" Callith said.
"I know your heart is still human, like mine, and I bet we can help Callum too," I said.
"You need to get out of here before Callum sees you. We were told to kill you," Callith said.
"Wow, I guess you were right! He showed up here with no protection. It's going to be easy severing your head," Said Callum.
Callum comes over and holds me tight by the neck. I was dragged over the Altar in the back of the church. I struggled to fight back the strength he had. But it overwhelmed me. Callith just stood there with his head down. I know he didn't want to do this; all he had to do was fight back, and this could all be over.
"Ohh, I want to make this hurt bad for you. You see, I like it when other people suffer. I loved hearing my mother scream each time the knife went in and out of her stomach, it was bliss for me, and now this will!" Callum said with a devilish smile.
"Callith, please...I know you don't want to do this. You and I can team up and stop this! Just fight! Please," I said.
"Make it quick for him, Callum, we all suffer too much," Callith said.
"But don't you want to peel off his skin with me, tear the ligaments from his bones?" Callum said.
He pulled at my face, nearly sunk his fingers into my left eye. The pain was unbearable. I then got free after using my available arm to rub dirt on his face, which caused him to lose his grip. I then ran to the stairs that led to a window on the top. I crawled through it, and I ended up on the roof. It was slippery up here, but I hope that also made it difficult for them to traverse up here. Callum climbed to the top, and he slowly stepped on. A few shingles fell where he had walked, and below was a fence with long, shaped ends that could spear me if I fell off.
"You are making this hard for me, get down, and I promise, I will miss all the painful spots on purpose!" Callum said.
"Stop!!!" Callith said, standing behind him as he carefully balanced.
Callum pulls out a spear on his back, he points it at me, and then looks back at Callith, then points it at him. Callith pointed his scythe at Callum and walked closer to him.
"What are you doing!? We have to kill, Leon," Callum said with anger.
"We are brothers, let's not resort to any violence against each other. Callum, please, Ryoth won't give anyone of us power if he gets out. The whole world will die, and so will we!" Callith said.
"You don't know what you're talking about! You both are traitors, I can even trust you, Callith! I will kill you first, and then every other family left!" Callum said.
"What the hell are you so afraid of...common, tell me. You are scared of Ryoth like I am," Callith said.
"I am not afraid of our father! I am simply trying to stay on his good side so I don't die! If you were smart, you would have as well, and I am going to show you why," Callum said. He fought with Callith.
Both of their weapons collided, and the helicopter above rained rounds down on them. On the louder maga phone, they spoke to them, trying to reason with them both. They ignored me, and I didn't know what to do. Callith was pinned down by the spear, and Callum lowered into his chest. He struggled to push it away, but Callum was still stronger than him. That's when I tried to interview by grabbing the spear out of his hand. He pushed me back, still trying to finish Callith off. Callith couldn't handle it much more and fainted. Then Callum turns to me.
"I will give you a chance, Leon. Join me, and I will let you live; both of us can rule alongside him!" Callum said.
He puts out a hand and offers me a chance. But I decline but I declined, I just stood there, there was nothing for me to do right now. He walked up to me, stood at my height, and lowered his head in disappointment.
"Fine, I don't need you two either," Callum said.
He pushed me off the roof, and I fell on with my back to ground, and time slowed down. Before I knew it, I was impaled through the heart. I was still breathing slightly, I tried to move, but couldn't. Then Callum drops the spear, it penetrated my left eye, I didn't die...no, I was conscious for a few seconds. My vision turned white, but all the sound turned out.
