Marcus finished his presentation and cautiously looked between the three adults present.
Unfortunately for the boy, none of them displayed any obvious emotional cues on their faces—or at least, none that he could discern.
All he saw were three adults wearing poker faces with faint smiles that gave him no indication of whether they approved of his design philosophy or not.
Once it became apparent that Marcus had finished and had nothing else to add, Wilbert quickly stepped forward.
"My turn!" he declared, moving Marcus aside. "My design direction can be called the Giant Armour Principle," the boy announced.
Off to the side, Lucien cupped his forehead.
'That name is so tacky,' he thought to himself.
Unaware of his friend's thoughts, Wilbert continued with his presentation.
