Previously....
In a vacuum that swallowed all forms of light and sound, the void stretched out without bottom or boundary.
A place that was not merely ordinary darkness, but an absolute nothingness where the concepts of time, distance, and even up and down lost their meaning entirely.
It was as if the universe held its breath here. There was no glow of stars, no breath of cosmic dust, only an absolute silence that felt so dense and pressing.
There, the Unknown controlling Steve's body flew and plunged downward. In the total silence, Steve asked something in his mind, "Do you actually know the way?"
"Of course I do... I'm the one who created it," the Unknown replied confidently.
Steve's body continued to hurtle down, swallowed by the absolute emptiness of the void.
There was no wind, no sound, only a mysterious gravitational pull that caused his speed to skyrocket to a terrifying level.
That uncontrollable pace began to compress the space around him, wrapping his body in a blinding glow of pure energy. He streaked like a falling star tearing through the atmosphere, leaving a trail of white light that ripped through the thick darkness.
However, just as his speed reached its most lethal point... a brutal impact occurred.
His lightning-fast momentum was forcibly stopped. His body slammed into a solid barrier that suddenly appeared out of nothingness. The surface of the barrier instantly glowed, emitting an intense blood-red light, creating giant ripples of shockwaves that swept away the remaining silence within the void.
A giant colored system window appeared, displaying information: "no permission to enter this area"
The Unknown fell silent for a moment and realized that what stood before him was the dimensional wall he had created, which somehow ended up in a place like this. "Hey! What is this?!"
The Unknown, annoyed, raised his hand and released a massive amount of energy into his palm while shouting in frustration, "This is my dimensional wall, you damn square! And you changed it to look this ugly!"
Slowly but surely, a black hole emerged from the Unknown's palm, but this time it was different from the ones he usually produced. This one was far stronger because it was buffed by his red, green, and blue powers, giving the swirling black hole a variety of colors.
The Unknown threw the black hole; the further it traveled, the larger it grew, simultaneously sucking in the energy of the dimensional wall.
The Unknown created a shield to protect Steve's body from being destroyed. As the black hole continued to absorb the barrier's energy, it grew even larger and began to become unstable, and shortly after, it triggered a massive, silent explosion.
The explosion was so immense it covered the entire barrier protecting a mysterious island inside, creating a shockwave and a light so bright it illuminated the void.
Yet, despite such devastating power, not a single small scratch was left on the barrier, leaving the Unknown with half of his shield destroyed.
Soon after, a negative aura appeared, forming an entity that acted like a guardian. "My dimensional wall is indeed thick, but... what on earth is this?"
A notification appeared in the sky with the message: "enemy detected"
The Unknown turned his head to the side. Within that absolute void, the form of the creature refused to be understood by common sense.
It coiled tightly, hugging the protective barrier like a mother dragon protecting its primordial egg. Its winding body seemed to have no end, stretching through the darkness of the void.
The scales along its giant body were not ordinary skin, but an expanse of nebulas, stardust, and clusters of galaxies rotating slowly behind a transparent membrane.
Intricate patterns resembling ancient script were carved along the curves of its body, emitting a dense cosmic aura.
Every time its body shifted even slightly, the vacuum around it vibrated violently, as if reality itself was nearly collapsing under the weight of its infinite mass.
In an instant, the silence broke. The giant cosmic eel's jaws swung wide open, revealing rows of crowded teeth that looked like a bottomless abyss. Without warning, the monster lunged forward to swallow the Unknown whole.
Its movement triggered an absolutely nonsensical shockwave. The air pressure was so insane it shattered the laws of physics around it, crushing the remains of the energy shield protecting Steve's body.
Just a thousandth of a second before the giant jaws snapped shut to swallow him, a pitch-black portal opened. The Unknown darted inside, escaping death.
CRACK!!!
The sound of the closing jaws echoed like thunder splitting the universe. The Unknown stepped out of another portal in the distance, turning to see the result of the attack.
The Unknown's eyes widened slightly. The vacuum where he had been floating seconds ago was not just empty reality at that point was completely torn! A massive dimensional crack gaped open, emitting flashes of unstable energy caused by the creature's bite.
"Damn... it actually ripped," the Unknown muttered with a mix of awe and challenge.
Realizing this creature wasn't just an ordinary big monster, the Unknown clicked his tongue.
"Let's just end this now!"
A pure aura a blend of red, green, and blue instantly exploded from his body, coating his fists with absolute destructive energy. The Unknown streaked through the void at full speed, breaking the speed limit, prepared to shatter the cosmic eel's head in one lethal blow.
Darrr!!! A direct hit struck the creature's head, sending its giant body tumbling helplessly.
However, the eel reacted far beyond expectations.
Seeing the threat before it, its jaws opened wide again. This time, it wasn't a bite. A highly dense point of light gathered deep in its throat, and within milliseconds, a beam of cosmic energy the size of a continent was spat directly at the Unknown.
Seeing the pillar of laser sweeping toward him, the Unknown twisted his body in mid-air. Instead of using a portal, he relied on pure speed to make an extreme turn into a blind spot. The giant laser missed his arm by a hair
Despite the miss, the impact of that energy blast was insane. The laser swept far back, splitting the emptiness of the void, once again leaving a trail of reality tears that were much longer and more terrifying, as if the canvas of the dimension was being slowly forced into pieces by the guardian.
Seeing the barrage of attacks, the corner of the Unknown's lip curled up slightly. "Oh, you want to play with lasers? Come here, I'll show you what a real laser looks like."
The Unknown extended one hand forward. Without needing a long preparation, a dense pillar of light shot out, cleaving through the void. This wasn't just a destructive energy attack; it was an absolute "Laser of Annihilation." The beam wiped out the cosmic eel's existence. There was no explosion, no remaining dust. The giant creature was completely erased from the narrative of reality, leaving a massive empty gap in the vacuum that instantly triggered a row of [ERROR] system warnings flashing in the air.
But that absolute victory lasted only a moment. From within the empty gap of the void, galactic tendrils slowly began to crawl back out. The eel reappeared, its form intact as if space and time were rearranging its existence.
It had just adapted to the Unknown's erasing power, and its body changed color to purple.
Seeing this, the Unknown's relaxed expression changed.
His gaze sharpened. He finally considered this threat serious.
A bright blue aura enveloped the Unknown's body. With absolute control over his blue power, he manipulated space to create energy platforms shaped like trampolines scattered across various corners of the void.
The Unknown dashed and jumped from one platform to another. Every time his feet touched the blue trampoline, the recoil multiplied his maneuvering speed until it exceeded the speed of light.
WOSH! BAM! CRACK!
In an instant, the Unknown transformed into an invisible storm of shadows attacking from all directions. Hundreds of brutal punches landed all over the giant eel's body.
Each high-speed strike created a shockwave that rattled its cosmic scales, forcing the monster's form to stagger in the vacuum.
Enduring that continuous physical torture, the eel's body shook violently. It roared in absolute rage. Refusing to be treated like a living punching bag, the creature coiled its infinite body and began to spin at extreme speeds.
The rotation of its massive body tore through the currents of space, creating a giant whirlwind of deep purple.
The cosmic storm roared ferociously, sucking in everything around it and preparing to shred the Unknown who was within its attack range.
