Same hospital room.
Another bed.
Mother and son stared at the unconscious man like he was a strange laboratory creature.
Amber narrowed her eyes.
Amber:
"…Is he dead?" 😒
Justin almost jumped.
Justin:
"NO WAY!! 😱
If he was dead, he wouldn't be breathing!"
Amber tapped her chin.
Amber:
"Confirmed. Definitely a rebirth case.
He's alive but not moving. Classic." 😎
Justin blinked.
Rebirth???
Classic???
What kind of nonsense was this woman speaking like it was normal?!

Jonathan fainted in the corridor.
Amber just stared at him for two seconds.

She grabbed him with one hand.

And dragged him back to Justin's room like carrying groceries.
Justin, who had been waiting, immediately scolded:

Amber placed him on the same bed he slept in last night and dusted her hands dramatically.

Justin stared at her like she was speaking alien language.

"What happened to him, sister?!"

"Nothing. He fainted from shock." 😒

She hopped up and sat on the equipment table like it was her personal throne.
