The moment Noel entered the training ground, everyone turned to look at her.
Feeling dozens of eyes on her, she quietly walked behind Aaron.
Noel: "Mr. King." 😊
Aaron: "Huh?" 😶
Aaron had been talking to the commander, but the moment he heard Noel's voice, he turned around.

Aaron (thinking): ❤️❤️❤️ ...Beautiful.
Noel was wearing one of Elda's spare soldier uniforms.
Her clothes were neat, her hair was tidy, and she looked surprisingly elegant.
Usually, Noel wore old, simple clothes and bathed only once a week. The first time Aaron had met her, she'd looked like a little beggar who had wandered into the wrong place.
But now...
She looked like a completely different person.
Aaron couldn't stop staring.
Noel: "Why do I have to wear this dress?!" 😤
Aaron: "Because I don't want anyone saying you look like a beggar." 😎

The commander watched their interaction with an amused smile.
Commander: "So, this is the Noel Your Majesty was talking about?" 😊
Noel: "Huh?"
She peeked out from behind Aaron.
Noel: "Hello!" 😊
Then she politely bowed her head.
Everyone: 😱
Everyone (thinking): WAIT A MINUTE!
She talks so casually with the King, but she's being respectful to the commander?! 😶
The commander burst out laughing.
Commander: "Looks like you have good manners... unlike my daughter." 😎
Noel: "Huh?" 😶
Aaron sighed, already regretting bringing her here.
Aaron: "This is the commander of our army... and Elda's father." 😑
Noel: "OH! You're the Queen's father!"
She tilted her head curiously.
Noel: "Then why are you working as a comman—"
Before she could finish, Aaron immediately covered her mouth.
Aaron: "Enough. Two minutes of silence." 😎
He grabbed her and dragged her away before she could embarrass him any further.
Noel: "MMPH!!" 😤
Everyone: "WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE?!" 😶
The commander watched the two disappear into the distance.
His eyes sparkled.
Commander: "THEY LOOK SO CUTE TOGETHER!" 🤩❤️
His assistant slowly turned toward him.
Assistant: "Sir... that's your son-in-law." 😑
Commander: "SO WHAT?!" 😤
He crossed his arms confidently.
Commander: "I've always known Aaron and Elda weren't a good match."
Assistant: "..." 😐
Commander: "But those two?"
He pointed dramatically in the direction Aaron and Noel had disappeared.
Commander: "THEY'RE A PERFECT PAIR!" 😎❤️
Assistant: "Sir, please think carefully—"
Commander: "I OFFICIALLY SHIP THEM!" 🤩🎉
The assistant covered his face with both hands.
Assistant (thinking): What kind of father-in-law ships his own son-in-law with another girl?! 😑
Thank goodness my daughter escaped this family... 😮💨
