Fatih's breath caught when he heard the breadth of the plan the secretariat had managed to come up with in just the few weeks since he had brought up the idea of not going to Red Bull.
Even though the first part of his plan had undergone some changes, the other part remained the same, and they had delivered beyond what he had expected.
If they managed to bring the plan to reality as it was, and so long as they bore the upfront costs, the city would become self-sustaining on its own. It could slowly pay for itself within a few decades and generate pure profit on anything exceeding the operational and maintenance costs of the city.
Those profits could be invested to act as a cushion during seasons where there wouldn't be enough earnings due to global disruptions, like how the pandemic devastated motorsport teams and organizers due to the lack of people attending the tracks.
