Attica was horrified by the words the young noble Vampire had just spoken. "An audience with the master? I'm afraid that's not…" She hastily started to turn him down.
"I met Lord Luka in the library today," Cielo cut in, impatient enough that he no longer stumbled over his words.
Attica's eyes widened in genuine fear, "You… You did?"
"Could I just have a quick word with him?" Cielo implored, not giving himself time to think about how terrible a decision he was making.
Housekeeper Attica shot him a distrustful glance, "Wait right here," She directed, reluctant in her tone and mannerisms, dematerializing away.
Cielo nodded and settled in to wait. He wasn't sure how he would explain this away to his sister, but didn't want to sit back and do nothing.
