Here are the changes -
1. Many saiyans survived. Tho they were low level.
2. No Time Travel.
3. Goku had the heart virus but was able to survive thanks to taking the Immortal Herb that Master Roshi eats for gaining long life, which is also the reason Goku was able to gain 1500 years of life.
4. Zamasu arc still continues. He kills all the Gods and starts tormenting mortals. Zeno didn't like it. So, he erased him and asked the Grand Priest to undo the damage.
This also proves how the G.O.D. were not doing their jobs properly. So, there will be a judgment for them after the T.O.P.
5. After T.O.P., Goku & Vegeta wear a bracelet that seals their divine ki because of a training programme.
6. Then comes Daima. Here, Goku shows SSJ4. He trains for it after witnessing Broly's immense strength, which he achieves by utilizing his Ozaru power in his base form. So, Goku thought that if he could do the same while being in SSJ blue, He would be much stronger. So, he spent 2 years in the time chamber.
7. After that comes the Moro Saga & Black Freiza saga. During this time, Goku & Vegeta were able to both achieve SSJ Blue 3. Turns out Vegeta's royal blue was actually SSJ blue 2. During the battle with Black Freiza, Goku was able to turn into SSJ Blue 4. He used it along with UI, while Vegeta used SSJ Blue 3 with UE. Because UI & UE aren't forms but techniques. Their body turned it into a form to better use the techniques.
8. Over the years, they trained their spirit as their body already reached their peak, which was why they didn't even need to transform anymore. Except for when using their ultimate form. In that form, they were as strong as an angel.
9. Due to the incompetence of many G.O.D.s, many were removed from their posts. This also happened with Universe 6 & 7. Goku & Vegeta succeeded these 2 universes.
10. Another thing is that Only G.O.D.s are erased due to their incompetence. Not their universe. So, there are 20 Universes now. 2 new ones were created after the Tournament of Power.
11. The tournament of power went exactly as in the anime/manga.
