It wasn't going to take just one touch, but he wasn't exactly far off. Since Khaos had dared to spill his blood that night, there was no telling how ferocious his mind reading ability was going to be.
"Tell me more. You seem to know so much about me…." Khaos goaded him.
He took a step back. "And you possess the rare shield. Whenever you're in mortal danger… it will cover you. Which means I can't exactly touch you either."
Khaos grinned darkly and tsked. "Is that all?" He goaded, "because going by all you've said, you're basically telling me that I will win in a fight against you."
But the witch wasn't deterred. In fact, it seemed he was enjoying their little conversation. A fact that irked Khaos to no end, threatening to tip him to the borders of insanity.
