Dude: i just can't do it.
Dasch: just do it.
Dude: one day i can, not now.
Dasch: believe that that day has already come. now you are ready to do it.
Dude: i cannot fast forward like that.
Dasch: it probably means that day doesn't exist. that's why you can't fast forward to that day.
Dude: that sounds pretty convincing.
Dasch: maybe it's perhaps better to search backward into the past and see if you were ever able to do it.
Dude: i did do it back in the past. there were a number of days when i was doing them.
Dasch: now go backwards to that time. you should be ready to do it. you are all set.
Dude: yet, i've never got to know how to either fast forward or backward.
Dasch: i thought you already knew how. that part actually quite feels undoable.
Dude: you are the one who suggested that time trick. shouldn't you know and teach me?
Dasch: i just assumed you would figure out. i don't want to have such burden to teach you that magic trick.
Dude: so you just spoke lousy. you can't fulfill what you said.
Dasch: can anyone fulfill all they say. i thought there wasn't such a rule like that in conversation. i would never speak if there was such responsibility like that all the time.
Dude: well, then i see why you are speaking all the time.
Dasch: yes, i speak because i can say whatever i want. whether it can be done or not. actually, i speak more so because they don't have to be fulfilled or sensible. what's the whole point of speaking if they are all about being acted out. in fact, they would rather act than speak. why speak when what you actually want is to act?
Dude: well, i guess that's why i spoke.
Dasch: exactly, you spoke all this time because you never wanted to act it out. as a way of escaping, you were just running your mouth.
Dude: so then, i guess my mouth is lousy.
Dasch: until you carry out that secret, unspoken mission in mind.
Dude: and that does make me feel lazy deeply to my core.
Dasch: i didn't mean any of that. i guess i can't help you not feel that way.
Dude: ugh. i mean i do imagine myself doing it.
Dasch: that is thinking, not doing.
Dude: so unfortunately, that doesn't count. no matter how real i see myself doing it.
Dasch: no, it has to be so real that you should find yourself doing it when all you intended was to just think it.
Dude: well then, i will keep thinking about it until i find myself doing it.
Dasch: if so, think very hard and real. remember, the trick is you have to tricked into it. confusing your acting with thinking.
Dude: okay, leave me alone now then. so that i can focus in isolation and solitude.
Dasch: may luck be with you.
Dasch leaves. At the door, Dasch looks back. Eyes closed, Dude in his sofa. Since then Dasch never saw Dude come out. Nor did he hear any sign of activity from that room again.
