"I am not moving," she said again, louder this time, her tone carrying the particular indignation of someone who was accustomed to having her demands met and was genuinely affronted by the suggestion that she should defer to anyone. "I want to see who this person is. I want to know what makes them so important that we - paying customers with our own appointments - are being kicked out mid-session to accommodate them."
