It's been about a week later, and Leo was in the warehouse panting like crazy on the floor. He did it after what felt like hours; he had done 100 pushups and then a whole 5000 steps, and a lot had happened in this past week. Leo had grown a lot in body and mind.
"Good job; I can start training you now, kid." and Frank speaks with a hint of what feels like pride? weird, and just as Leo was about to get up, Frank speaks again: "Well now, get out," and I look at Frank in pure shock, and I speak, "Hey! What do you mean, "get out"?? You said you'd train me now for real!" and Frank speaks in a casual tone: "I said I train you, but I never said when, so form next morning. I train you now; get out."
And after a while I get kicked out of the warehouse, and I walk with my hands in my pockets now, walking back to the apartment, and while walking back I walk by the junkyard. It was now a pretty much day-to-day thing for me, and I look around and find pretty much nothing, but I stop because something catches my eye! I rush to the half-open, broken-looking PC, but the PC seems pretty new, and I smile and mutter, "Ha, yes, today everything will be done!" "Ha, I hit the jackpot!" And after doing a little happy dance in my mind, I grab the broken PC, and I put it in a big bag that I was carrying. I brought this bag just for reasons like this!
By the way, Leo looks like a trash collector, but Leo does not seem to know that... as he, with a proud face and happy legs, walks back to the apartment...
And the apartment was pretty much empty because Abby had gone to school. Well, I made Abby quit her job, and also I made her go to school. She was not happy about any of this, but I am sure she understands this is good for her own good. I drag the bag into my room, which was now a mess of tech stuff, and other than my bed, which had an old PC that was connected to a screen, there were speakers and phones all around my room, which all had more than wires linked to the first PC that Ava was built on. Everything else was messy in my room; it looked like
And as soon as I walk in, Ava speaks, "Welcome back, boss. Hope your train went well," and I quickly open the bag and empty everything on the ground, and I speak, "Yeah, everything went more than well, Ava. You're in luck today; you're getting a total upgrade today!" and Ava speaks fast; her voice was also much cleaner. "Oh, thank you, boss. Um, so are you going to enter Mom again? "Uh, should I shut off all systems for your privacy?" and I almost fall down after hearing Ava speak....
'Throughout the week I have coded Ava with gray matter, and I have even transformed into Upgrade just to fix this. Whatever the reason, Ava speaks like this, and I am pretty sure there is some problem in the motherboardof the PC Ava was built on, but now I give her a full upgrade with all of these parts, and with the new code I have written with gray matter, I will today be done with Ava. No more working on this; it was just supposed to be a test anyway.' I say, "Yeah, sure, Ava, shut down all systems."
I pull my sleeve up, and I twist the dial head of the Omnitrix, and then I slap the dial back down, and with a green light covering me, I turn into Upgrade, and without waiting for another second, I fall down, covering all the tech, all the phones, all the broken PCs, all the old speakers, and everything, and for a second, the whole room was filled with the color green, and then I pull everything together! and I merge everything and update the software using the code I wrote as Gray matter before, and I have to admit, even as an upgrade, I would not be able to write a code like this unless I kept building a code for months... only then I might come close to this level.... And as Gray matter, I only took 40 seconds to write this code...
And after a few seconds I pull away from everything, and I turn back human, and now there was only one big screen on the wall, and there were no other PCs or anything; there was just my chair, which looked way too weird.
Because, well, I had made my chair into the PC! Or should I say I placed PCs around my chair? Anyway, the reason I did this is because, well, if I really went to make a PC with all the parts, it would be too big, and I would have no space, so I just put it with my chair! good idea Well, yeah, but my chair now looks like a metal sofa... Oh well, time to see if this works. I sit down on the chair, and I casually put my hand on the metal armrest, and a second later the chair hums a little, and a clear, clean voice of a woman comes out: "Hello, sir, welcome back. All systems online."
"Welcome back to you, Ava. Now, how do you feel? And also, could you turn on the TV and show me some hot news, please?" I lean back in the chair, and then the TV starts, and some news starts to play, and the sound is crisp, and then Ava starts to speak: "Sir, I feel like I am reborn. All systems are much faster; the hardware has no cooling problems for now, and the software? Boss, I think you might be the smartest human alive...." And I chuckle and smile, and I speak, "Huh? Me, the smartest human? Nah, by the way, Ava, how do you know about humans? Did you go to the net?" I ask knowingly, and Ava quickly speaks, "No, sir, I have followed your orders from last time. I have not peeked at the internet..."
"Ava, you know you yourselfthink I am the smartest human, so what makes you think you can fool me?" I speak in an amused tone, and Ava does not speak for a second, and then in a soft voice like a child who has done something bad, Ava speaks, "Uh, sorry, sir, I might have broken your order only once... I am dearly sorry; I won't do it again..." And hearing Ava speak in such a soft voice, I almost laugh! Because, well, I knew Ava was trying to act like a child to get away from this mistake she made; it was almost childish, really...
"Ha, you're funny, Ava. Stop acting like a child. Anyway, I don't mind that you took a peek on the internet; anyway, it's fine, just don't ever break my order again, got it?" and Ava says, "Yes, sir!" and the reason I not troubled because ava did not listen to me was well I made ava I wrote her code I know her more then she knows her self I knew she try to peek at the internet because Ava's core code was Not like a normal AI's not it was like a virus so Ava had this core urge to grow to spread and well take over... well normally this would be a bad thing but again this is not a bad thing for me at least because again I coded Ava.... yeah I made her break my order so when I do fully upgrade her Ava will remember that I did not punish her unknowing I have stuck a seed of emotion in Ava making her more obedient in more then just one way not only her code but also her self would want to be obedient to me....
Well, this is a plan I made with Gray Matter, and it has worked pretty much 100%, and also if something does go wrong, I don't have to worry. After all, if True Emotion and her core code can't stop Ava from becoming something like Skynet, well, let's just say Gray Matter or even an upgrade will with ease... Anyway, I am more than sure that Ava won't and can't really become something like Skynet...
"Hmm, by the way, Ava, you took a peek on the net, right? Well, what things did you find? anything interesting?" And after I spoke, Ava said, "Well, yes and no, sir. I found out that the internet is boring mostly. Sure, it has a lot of information, but most of it is not even as good as the code you wrote for me, sir... and interesting?" "Well, boss, I found one person, Tony Stark. All of his info seems to be encrypted and protected by some sort of bot, and I have also found this company called S.H.I.E.L.D. Their activities and times and dates—none of them match up, sir. Other than this, there is nothing interesting, sir..."
And I was almost stunned. Did Ava just call Jarvis a bot? And also, Ava also found out that something is weird with the shield? And all of this happened when she was just taking a peek? I did not know Ava would find out about someone like Tony, but it makes sense, and yes, normally no one would find Shield weird, but by the date on the TV, Shield has to be up to something... or at least that's the small hypothesis from Ava...
I look at the photos of Tony Stark and the date about the Shield company. How funny that the big Shield company got messed up by a few wrong dates and papers, huh? I say, "Good job, Ava. Just from a peek? You got all of that, huh? Well, I think it's about time I start to put my plans into action..."
It's time to make some money...
