The city roads in the Capital City are always so congested, no matter the time.
However, it's undeniable that the house Chen Mei'Er chose for Xiaofan is indeed very quiet. After passing the crowded areas and getting onto the overpass, Liu Siyan and her group of girls headed straight for Xiaofan's home.
