Asena's POV
I didn't feel like I needed to hide using Pamela's identity. My family was now aware. They knew the real story, the bad things, the hurt I had from my past life. And instead of pushing me away, they took me in.
That good feeling was still there, even when Father asked me to come to his private office. The big wooden doors shut behind me, and I saw Amarok and Denise were already inside waiting. This wasn't a war meeting. It felt different in the room. Lighter, but still serious.
"Have a seat, daughter," Father said, his voice low and steady.
I sat down in the chair across from him, looking at both of my brothers. Amarok seemed calm but careful, Denise seemed restless, like he couldn't wait to tell me what they were hiding.
Father put his hands together on the desk, looking right at me. "You've shown you can be Luna on the battlefield. Now, it's time to show you can be Luna in charge of other things aside from the battlefield."
I was confused. "In charge?"
