She had never seen Atlas Hallow truly angry before, but for everyone in the Hallow Family to bow to him, he must not be a man with a good temper. Now, it really seemed like he was somewhat angry.
Instinctively, she opened the passenger door and got in. Charlotte Miller nervously pressed her lips together and asked, "Where are we going?"
Atlas Hallow did not answer, got into the car by himself, and then slammed the door shut with a bang. He drove off, the iron gate opening slowly, almost crashing into it by just a second. Charlotte was startled and sat upright, not daring to say anything further.
She thought nothing had happened; she knew her relationship with Ethan was clear, but could she explain it clearly?
